We are so grateful for the incredible care and compassion the team at American House Lebanon provides to my mother-in-law. From day one, everyone has treated her like family, and it gives us tremendous peace of mind knowing she is surrounded by such kind, attentive people. One of the things we love most is how much effort the staff puts into creating a vibrant, engaging community. The monthly themed family nights are always so much fun and give us wonderful opportunities to spend time together and connect with other residents and families. There is always something going on, and the variety of activities keeps residents active, social, and involved. Most importantly, my mother-in-law is truly living her best life. She is happy, well cared for, and thriving in ways we could only hope for. We cannot thank the staff enough for the love, respect, and dedication they show every day. American House is a wonderful place to live. The people are friendly and the staff knowledgeable about anything you need. The food is like the meals you would cook at home and served in a spacious dining room. It is pet friendly and has a beautiful courtyard to walk around. I was very impressed when I came here and still am. There are fun activities like Bingo and crafts and shopping at places like Walmart and Goodwill and eating out. Several churches come here each month and there is a weekly Bible study that is fun to attend. There’s a Family Night each month with different themes. I couldn’t imagine living anywhere else.

American House - Lebanon is a beautiful community, full of beautiful people. I’ve worked with the team in different capacities, also being in the healthcare field myself. The smiles on the residents’ faces - in both Assisted Living and Memory Care - makes it very apparent they’re happy, engaged, loved, and well taken care of. Previously working in senior living myself, I understand that happy residents are a result of what I like to call a trickle down theory. It all starts at the top with their amazing management staff, all of which I have met personally. I would not hesitate moving a loved one into American House and highly recommend them if you are searching for a new home.

Americanhouse Lebanon is a hidden jewel in Middle Tn. I’ve had the pleasure of working along side of this community for over a decade. The staff is amazing and truly care about the residents. Lindsey the sales director goes above and beyond to make sure families have the peace of mind that their loved one will be taking care of and safe. Rachel and Sarah are both veterans in the senior living space and provide top notch care with running a community. I wouldn’t think twice about moving my family member to Americanhouse Lebanon!

The staff is very caring and kind. They are so good to my mom and she has friends. They also have activities that are appreciated by the residents, especially the monthly family night parties. The food, especially breakfast, could use improvement. There are often missing items, such as bread, milk, butter, jam, cereal, and juice. Lunch and dinner are often good. Food is very important to my mom, so I hear about the food service daily. Overall, the employees are excellent, but they are understaffed and overworked. They are great people.

My loved one has been at the Lebanon TN location in Assisted Living for a couple years now. The facility has had constant staff turn over. They have experienced numerous maintenance related issues and have been slow to address and repair. They choose to keep all exterior doors locked and don’t provide codes to family members. To add to this access issue, the call system to notify the facility when someone is outside has been non working for several months. I’ve attempted to communicate these issues with local and corporate management, but this does not seem to be a priority for them. Having secured doors in an Assisted Living environment is not a State guideline but a community policy election.

From the moment I first stopped by to get information, the staff has treated me like a family member! Moving my mother in has been such a blessing for our family. From Beverly to Mike.and EVERY SINGLE STAFF MEMBER, we have been blown away by the love, concern, and care shown not only to my mother, but to our entire family! Everyone makes themselves available to us.and they manage to move mountains when they need to be moved! You will not find a better place for someone you love!

Cannot say enough good things about the staff and management of American House in Lebanon. We had such a good feeling about them when we did our tour of their facility with my mother. Safe to say they went above and beyond for my mother’s care. Especially when her health began to decline. They treated her like she was their own mom. Food is great, activities person is great with loads of positive energy! Definitely a great place for your loved one!!

Jeff and I would personally like to say, since Julie Marple has been in Elmcroft, the care has been excellent. Beverly, Cynthia, Micheal and all the nurses, just everyone, have gone way above our expectations. And believe me, they were high! They have all helped so much with this transition for Julie and ourselves. She is happy and we are so blessed to have such wonderful people, who REALLY care. We've told everyone we know, about Elmcroft. Thank you so much for taking such good care of Julie. And Michael, keep up the music. You're wonderful and talented!!
