Cannot say enough good things about the staff and management of American House in Lebanon. We had such a good feeling about them when we did our tour of their facility with my mother. Safe to say they went above and beyond for my mother’s care. Especially when her health began to decline. They treated her like she was their own mom. Food is great, activities person is great with loads of positive energy! Definitely a great place for your loved one!!

Jeff and I would personally like to say, since Julie Marple has been in Elmcroft, the care has been excellent. Beverly, Cynthia, Micheal and all the nurses, just everyone, have gone way above our expectations. And believe me, they were high! They have all helped so much with this transition for Julie and ourselves. She is happy and we are so blessed to have such wonderful people, who REALLY care. We've told everyone we know, about Elmcroft. Thank you so much for taking such good care of Julie. And Michael, keep up the music. You're wonderful and talented!!

Elmcroft of Lebanon has been a god-send to our family. Our grandmother, who has been suffering with Alzheimers, moved there in December and we have seen a marked improvement in her spirit since being surrounded by all the kind faces at Elmcroft. The little community there is compassionate and caring, and the residents truly matter to the staff. So thankful.

I wouldn't say I would or would not recommend Elmcroft, but I think they are short staffed. At night time, they have about 20 something residents and 2 nurses so it is hard for them to keep up with checking on them. I took a pitcher for later and the director told me they could not fill it. I think it is time for my loved one to come home, she has made improvements since her stay there, but it has not been the best fit.

This is such a nice facility. Amy is great getting programs going for the residents and we look forward to coming back and visiting our new friends.

My mom loved this community and adored the staff. She loved the meals that were made. She enjoyed the activities and we had no problems with the cleanliness of the community. However, we had to move due to the financial part, her assistance was not accepted.
