I have only begun using Comfort Keepers for my MIL in our home. The extended care coordinator has been diligent in finding ladies on short notice to spend time with my MIL. The three of them that have visited have been very nice. As to why there have been three, I understand the shortage of staffing most companies are experiencing in these covid times. I like the size of the company and their website, and I like paying by credit card. I will recommend them to anyone that might ask.

Comfort Keepers has been such a blessing to my family. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a caregiver. Everyone that came to the house starting with the office staff was phenomenal and very professional. We had a young girl named Precious and she took such good care of my mother. She not only treated her with respect but like her own grandmother. My mom thought of her as another grandchild and praised her to anyone that came around. The office staff was very upfront and honest and worked very hard on finding replacements when we would have a call In. We did not have any missed shifts. Thank you Comfort Keepers for making my Mothers last 6 months on this earth meaningful not only to her but to us as well.

Im sorry it has taken so long to express my deepest gratitude for the excellant care my mother in law received from Comfort Keepers.Our relationship with spans many years and not only my mother in law but also my father inlaw. Both of my inlaws and my wife and I had grown a family like relationship which eased my mind as well as my wifes.The employees were always very punctual and friendly going about their duties in a a timely manner while retaining a social attitude. With out the excellant care they had their golden years would have been not nearly as enjoyable.I cannot remember all of the names but my wife and I give you our greatest of thanks and a job Well Done. Amazing experience with Comfort Keepers in Knoxville. After going through a bad experience with another agency, you are able to quickly recognize and appreciate how good an agency can be. While they have done a great job of minimizing the number of care givers for my parents, everyone they have sent has been excellent. Both of my parents have formed very good relationships with their caregivers. The people at Comfort Keepers appear to enjoy their jobs as they are always putting forth that extra effort. It is obvious that they really do care about their clients. My parents are very happy with them and we feel much better knowing they are in good hands. I cant say enough good things about Comfort Keepers of Knoxville.

We talked with Vanesia about using Comfort Keepers in the weeks to follow for staying with my dad, but when my dad went into the hospital within 2 days, I called Vanesia to see if we could get a sitter at night due to his confusion and she was able to have a sitter there each night, even covering some of the hours herself because of the short notice. Very caring staff and Vanesia, Betsy and Olivia always listen to our needs and concerns to match a sitter with my dad. We continue to use Comfort Keepers today.
