My mother has been at Jackson Meadows since July. It is a lovely retirement living facility and well maintained. The residents are welcoming and the main staff are wonderful. They go above and beyond what I would think their job description entails. Diverse activities are offered for those who wish to participate. We are grateful for their efforts to keep Jackson meadows a warm and enjoyable living center.

I cannot say enough about the quality of care at the Meadows in Jackson. The staff goes above and beyond to care for the residents and they know them by name. The activities provided bring connection among the residents and staff. I am so very grateful for the Meadows.

My mom has lived at the Meadows for 10 years and loves it there. The staff is very attentive and friendly. She enjoys all the activities and feels at home and safe. I am so thankful for our choice.

I have been so impressed with Jackson Meadow since we rented my Father's apartment three months ago. The apartment we rented was completely refurbished with new flooring and paint before we moved in so it felt clean & brand new. Over the last few months, I've watched as the staff organized fabulous activities for the residents... live music, themed parties, how-to classes, popcorn parties, bible studies, worship services, trivia, weekly outings to restaurants, etc. (just to name a few)! I've seen first hand how the staff gets to know their residents and truly cares for their well-being. As an outsider who visits a few times per week, I can tell the staff's loving attitude seems to spill over onto the residents themselves. They all welcomed my father with open arms, making sure he was made comfortable and continuously created opportunities for him to meet other residents and make new friends. As a daughter, I couldn't ask for a friendlier, safer environment for my Dad then Jackson Meadow. Just to name a few staff member's by name who have made a positive impression... Sarah was wonderful to work with as we began our research of the facility and provided an open line of communication for all our questions. LaDonna & Diana have gone above and beyond to get to know my Dad and make him feel welcome. Angie does an amazing job creating relative & fun activities for the residents. The dinning staff is also warm and friendly. Daisy has amazing patience and kindness when serving the residents' meals. Even the bus driver has a loving spirit... he understands he's bringing a bit of happiness to the residents too. All in all, Jackson Meadow is a wonderful option for your loved one.

What a wonderful experience. My mother was greeted with the warmest of hospitality! The grounds and the building are beautiful an very inviting. During our visit we had a delicious meal, and although the Covid restrictions of 6ft apart with mask rule is strictly in force many of the guest greeted my mother and made her feel welcomed.

My mother resides at Jackson Meadow. I wouldnt call it luxurious, but its certainly clean and the residents are happy. Lots of activities and a lovely dining room for their meals. Transportation is a little lacking and Id like to see better shuttle service for the residents who dont drive. My mom is very pleased with her choice to live there.
