Our family recently had to make a quick decision on placement for our loved one. Toured and spoke with several facilities and from the beginning Vitality felt like home. After moving our loved one in, this transition and decision is reinforced daily. It was unequivocally the correct one for our needs. Every member of administration, staff or member of their team constantly reaffirms this heartbreaking decision. It is so refreshing to see the love, patience and care given not only to our family member but other residents. When visits by outside friends and family members are also remarked on and noticed as to the level of care given to the facility itself, the residents and family membersyou know you did something right. It has been so reassuring for us, our friends, and family members to see our loved one is truly loved; respected and provided for in such a loving and nurturing environment. It has certainly made dealing with this horrid disease and the care needed for him easier to accept on a daily basis. It is amazing to me how clean the facility is kept, immediate needs addressed and how care team and nurses have tried to learn about our loved one and approach his personality and care on levels that resonate with us all. From the facilities crew, maintenance, caretakers and nurses, dietary and nutrition staff and wellness/activities team members, I have been thoroughly impressed with the compassion, empathy and true servant hearts that shine continuously. We will forever be grateful for each and every staff and team member contributing to providing the best quality of life possible for someone we love so very much. It truly takes a village and we are blessed that Vitality is our village of choice. Thanks to each and every one of you for the difference you are making to our loved one and family.

Vitality Living in Hendersonville has been a true blessing for our family. My parents recently moved here from another assisted living facility in Hendersonville (Clarendale), and the difference has been remarkable. Most importantly, my parents couldn’t be happier ” and that alone speaks volumes. From day one, the staff at Vitality has shown genuine care in everything they do. You can tell they want to be there, and it shows in how they interact with residents and families. They are warm, patient, and truly invested in my parents’ well-being. The food is much better, the environment feels more positive, and we’ve been very impressed with how flexible and accommodating the staff is. They go out of their way to help, and the communication here is miles ahead of what we experienced before. At Clarendale, we struggled to get responses and often felt brushed off ” but at Vitality, management actually listens instead of placating you. That alone has brought us tremendous peace of mind. While no assisted living community is perfect, Vitality consistently shows that they care and that they’re willing to adjust, support, and follow through. And the surprising part? Vitality is less expensive than Clarendale, yet the service and care feel far superior. We are grateful to have found a place where our parents feel safe, supported, and happy. Beautiful place, but not just because of the building. Staff is friendly and very attentive! Very impressed with the new Executive Director, Kristie Gilmore. Even met the Director of Environmental Operations, Taffy, and she was very pleasant and would stop to assist the residents while showing me the community. We ran into one resident a second time and the resident was pleased that Taffy followed up with her to make sure her need was met, and then the resident started to tease Taffy! It was certainly obvious that the residents love the people that are there for THEM. Refreshing! Oh, and bonus the apartments are spacious!

My son and I toured Vitality Living today and were thoroughly impressed. The entire community was clean, updated, and beautifully maintained. The apartments are spacious and thoughtfully designed, and the amenities are fantastic”multiple dining areas, a cozy movie room, a lovely courtyard, and more. Mom has lived at Vitality for 439 days and has NEVER BEFORE eaten breakfast in the dining room, not one time. Thankfully this morning was different, all due to Nurse Tanesha!!! The ACTIVITIES Team at Vitality is AWESOME! KELLY brings all the fun each afternoon/evening with creative games, trivia and of course, BINGO. Mom's favorite is Pool Noodle Hockey and Wii Bowling. Kelly is so patient, compassionate and loving with Mom and all the residents. She and SABRINA even give residents manicures. Kelly picked up on Mom's determination to have a "job" and finds ways for her to help with set up, decorating, etc. Kelly even managed to get her to go on her first Vitality outing to Grand Ole Opry Backstage Tour. Getting Mom out by 9am was nothing short of a small miracle! They all had a blast and we are thankful for her efforts to include Mom. Thank you so much, KELLY. You are a blessing to our family The Activities Team works hard to keep residents engaged, smiling and enjoying each day. You never know when you'll have an Elvis sighting - RICK brings it on the microphone! Recently, the Team hosted a wonderful Mother's Day Tea complete with delicious treats, beautiful decorations and exceptional service. They know how to make families feel special.

Today I was welcomed by several in this community with smiles and cleanliness our loved ones are safe and the team is working hard to ensure it continues in a positive direction. It smelled fresh throughout the community and I observed a men’s social group, bingo, and a well balanced lunch. It even smelled of fresh cut grass as their landscaping crew was on-site. The new Executive Director is intentional with residents and runs a tight ship with the team. I would recommend making a visit or attending an event to see what this community offers our seniors in the area.

I am Jon Blount, and am the husband of Annette. My sister-in-law (Annette's sister), became a resident at Vitality of Hendersonville, TN around October of 2023 after looking at approximately (7) other communities. Needless to say, Vitality stood head and shoulders "above" all of the communities. Our love one has a diagnosis which made it unsafe for her to continue to reside alone in her apartment. This began our search for the community that would need to be the "perfect" fit! From the beginning, Pat, the Sales / Marketing Director, along with Sheri, the Executive Director met with us and listened carefully regarding our concerns along with making sure the normal level of apprehension from our family member would be considered. From this point an initial visit was scheduled. From the time we entered the community, everything seemed to be "customized" for our loved one, along with every detail of our initial concerns met. The community was spacious with a warm and family like atmosphere. All of the residents immediately began to embrace us and welcome us home! From there, the placement of her apartment was just steps away from the accommodations she'd require! Regrettably, the diagnosis cannot be reversed but things have seemed to "level off" since becoming a resident at Vitality! The residents all embrace one another, the many scheduled activities, events, and field trips continue to stimulate our loved one in addition to leaving her happily anticipating what's next! As witnesses, Annette and I cannot be happier with Vitality. We've seen our loved one thrive, and say to other relatives that she "loves" it there! Be You. Be Vibrant. So, after coming here kicking and screaming 2 years ago. I decided it wasn't such a bad place after all. Our 3 room apt. has a spacious look and feel to it. Now that the whole place has been renovated it looks great. From the fresh dining room with beautiful tables and new lighting all overlooking our courtyard to a new coat of paint all over with new decorations and a new look in our 4 sunrooms. As for things to do instead of sitting in your room, try everyone's favorite, bingo to wi-bowling or maybe a game of jeopardy or wheel of fortune or maybe an exercise class and on and on. The staff is here to tend to any of your needs or questions. The food is the main topic of our Town Hall meetings. :)And last but not least is my fellow residents that have become family to my wife and I. This all adds up to five stars for me.

My Mom has lived at The Hearth, now Vitality Living the past 3 years. The facility has recently been remodeled and is beautiful Mom loves showing it off to her visitors, especially the sun room and the dining room. The other residents and staff have become like family to us. Shout out to Mom’s favorite staff: Administrators (Sherry and Pat), the Nurses (Randall and Brittany), the RA’s (Megan, Jamie, & Melissa), all the Dietary staff, the Activities staff (Rick and Kelly), the Van driver (James) the front receptionist (Cristy & Dori), housekeeping (Samantha), the Salon (Penny), the PT staff, and the maintenance staff, and many more They are all so friendly, helpful, responsive to issues, and show my Mom how much they care. This is why we call Vitality Living Mom’s home. I highly recommend this facility.

I was recently looking for a new memory care home for my mama and needed one quickly. Vitality was the first one recommended to me to tour. After taking a tour at 3 different facilities I had a peace about my mama coming to Vitality. The staff was all friendly & so kind and helpful through the whole process. The residents seem happy and well taken care of when I visit. You can tell the workers care about the residents and interact with them. I love the activities they have for the memory care residents to help keep them engaged as much as possible and the fact they have a piano is a real plus for my mama. The first time I was there at meal time I was very impressed with the choices they gave to the residents to choose from. I truly feel that the Lord was in all the decisions that had to be made and things working out about moving my mama to Vitality.

After visiting several facilities in the area my parents selected Vitality Living Hendersonville as their new assisted living home. We could not be more pleased with the staff and caregivers. From the first tour it was apparent the management and support team truly cared about the residents. My parents could not be more pleased with everyone - from the nursing team, cafeteria team, maintenance team, and leadership. They have all made them feel welcome and an important addition to the community. Mom and Dad have made many new friends and taken advantage of many of the activities offered. I don’t think any AL facility could score a 5. But we have had a really good experience at The Hearth. It’s not perfect but when there is a problem they work to fix it and have done that. That’s all I would expect. There are so many workers there that really care and want to be difference makers and spread smiles and Joy and that is so important in this kind of facility. Shari Gibson, administrator, is very hands on and does what is needed to take care of the residents there. I also have a lot of confidence in Dee , charge nurse. She truly has a passion for what she does. Dori and Nicole at the front desk are always helpful and have good attitudes. Pat in dining sings to the residents and is so kind. The food is not always a favorite but that is everywhere in these facilities.

She gets excellent care, and the whole staff, from the director on down to nurses, RAs, activity leaders and more, are all very caring, compassionate people. The key is to stay in constant communication with the staff so they understand your expectations and you have a good understanding of how they can accomplish the best care for your loved one.

I have enjoyed my time living at The Hearth at Hendersonville since 2015. I attend all of the activities. I love going to happy hour and socializing with my friends. Every Wednesday I go on the lunch bunch outings, some of my favorite places our Kubuto, Olive Garden, and Chop House. Each year the Hearth allows me to hire a musician and ballroom dancers to entertain all of the residents and myself on my birthday! We have had this birthday celebration 3 years in a row and will be doing it again next year!

This facility is by far over and above others I know-of. The grounds are well kept and very nice to observe from the near-by road. The parking spaces are more than adequate for the residents, their visitors, and the employees. This facility has a very welcoming atmosphere and is a pleasure to be here. My family member just moved into the Heath at Hendersonville. She absolutely loves it! She stated she feels like she has moved into the Taj Mahal because it is so clean and beautiful. She loves the social interaction with all the residents and has already made several friends. She loves the food and how the customer service she receives from the servers in the dining room during meals. She is very impressed with how fast the nursing team addresses her needs. She told me that one day she hit her call light by accident and they showed up within 2 minutes, and she didnt even know she had hit her call light. She speaks very highly of the marketing team and management team. Carol stated she had been looking at several communities but she said that when she toured with Danny, she knew the Hearth at Hendersonville was the place she wanted to live. Carol said she has been telling everyone she meets how amazing and how much she loves The Hearth at Hendersonville!

Great place! The first impression of the building is impressive because you immediately feel the positive energy coming from every resident, staff, or family member you speak with. Residents and staff smiling as they walk down the halls of the community and it gives the community a safe and home like environment that they all deserve. The management team and front line staff do a wonderful job building relationships with residents and family members to meet the personal needs of each individual. The Hearth exercise programs are always full and the residents speak of how much they enjoy the exercise classes. The residents speak highly of all of the activity programs because there are a wide variety of options each and everyday to find something fun to do! If you are looking for senior living that is Independent, Assisted, or memory care, The Hearth at Hendersonville is the place to go!

Its been almost 2 years ago that me and my brothers moved our mother and father into The Hearth at Hendersonville. There has not been a day since that we regret that decision. All the staff, from Elizabeth at the front desk to Stephanie (transportation specialist), Amy, Rick and McClain (the entertainment and activity personnel), the waiters and waitresses in the dining hall have all been superb. The nursing staff and their aides are extremely professional in delivering their care and support to my parents. It is the cleanest, safest most welcoming facility of its kind in Sumner Cty.. And I've been in them all.

My wife and I were needing assistance in many ways such as falling, housekeeping, preparing meals , general saftey and many other ways, which the HEARTH supplied.
