I don’t think any AL facility could score a 5. But we have had a really good experience at “The Hearth”. It’s not perfect but when there is a problem they work to fix it and have done that. That’s all I would expect. There are so many workers there that really care and want to be “difference makers” and spread smiles and “Joy” and that is so important in this kind of facility. Shari Gibson, administrator, is very hands on and does what is needed to take care of the residents there. I also have a lot of confidence in Dee , charge nurse. She truly has a passion for what she does. Dori and Nicole at the front desk are always helpful and have good attitudes. Pat in dining sings to the residents and is so kind. The food is not always a favorite but that is everywhere in these facilities.

I work for The Hearth at Hendersonville and it is by far, the BEST place I have ever worked. Our Corporate Office and Executive Director, Sheri Gibson, are the most supportive team I could ask for!! It definitely shows in all of the employees, which in turn trickles down and makes for VERY happy residents. We have a beautiful, clean community, with excellent care, that is full of genuine love! Spending the days with residents and staff, who are like my family, makes my life and coming to work worthwhile!

This facility is one of the best corporate run facilities in the area. It excels in particular for assisted living with a degree of independence for residents. Sheri and her team are incredibly responsive and she is one of the best executive directors I have worked with personally and professionally. She is honest, passionate, and puts her residents best interest first!

My mother is currently a resident at Keepsake Village (Memory Care facility at The Hearth). She gets excellent care, and the whole staff, from the director on down to nurses, RAs, activity leaders and more, are all very caring, compassionate people. The key is to stay in constant communication with the staff so they understand your expectations and you have a good understanding of how they can accomplish the best care for your loved one.

I have nothing but great things to say about The Hearth at Hendersonville! My mother is a resident at Keepsake Village and the entire team goes above and beyond for her and me! The culture there is exceptional and its so nice to be greeted with smiling faces from people who truly care about the residents! Ive been to visit at different times of the day and night and have always found my Mom clean and safe. I trust them with her care and they have never let me down. Each one of them holds a special place in my heart. Thanks for all you do!!

My Mother is a resident at The Hearth at Hendersonville, Keepsake Village. I am totally satisfied with the facility and staff there. Everyone Ive met truly cares about the residents and enjoys what they do. The culture there is impeccable. Ive been to visit at different times of the day and night and find my Mother clean and happy each time. I would recommend The Hearth at Hendersonville to anyone looking for a safe, clean and loving place for their loved one.

Very nice facility. Your loved one will be spoiled by the staff- they know the residents on a personal level. The employees truly have a gift of patience and love for their residents. Especially with COVID restrictions, our family has leaned on the staff to help out; its like my mom has surrogate daughters at the residence. Most importantly, I feel she is SAFE and being looked after.... by the dining staff, nursing department, activities, shuttle service, housekeeping, etc.

This is a terrific community!! I currently work here and the environment here is OUTSTANDING!! I love seeing all of the happy faces pass my desk each morning! They really have a great thing going here and everyone really seems to enjoy their lives here! i have lived at the Hearth at Hendersonville since October 2017. I love the friendly people, both staff and residents. The staff is always willing to help when needed. The staff and communication is great. They always know what is going on regarding changes in care. The activity programming is great and there is a great variety of activity programs. The Hearth at Hendersonville as a Resident Ambassador Program. I have been a resident Ambassador since 2018. My role as the Resident Ambassador gives me the opportunity to meet all of our new residents and get the new residents accumulated to their home. My goal as Resident Ambassador is to make anyone moving in feel like they belong and teach them about all of the wonderful things the Hearth at Hendersonville has to offer. I want everyone to feel welcomed! The location is great because it is close to several shopping centers, doctor offices, my dentist, churches, and the YMCA. Anything you need is within 5 miles of the Hearth at Hendersonville. I love that we have a podiatrist that comes takes care of our feet, voting machines come to us when it is time to vote on elections, we have access to Physical therapy, Occupational Therapist, Speech Therapy, and we have a Audiologist that comes here as well! The Hearth at Hendersonville meets all of my needs and if you are looking for a fun future during your golden years, the Hearth at Hendersonville is the place to be!

This facility is by far over and above others I know-of. The grounds are well kept and very nice to observe from the near-by road. The parking spaces are more than adequate for the residents, their visitors, and the employees. This facility has a very welcoming atmosphere and is a pleasure to be here. From the Administration, House Staff to the Kitchen, Dining Room Staff, all are very professional and courteous to the residents and their visitors.

I have enjoyed my time living at The Hearth at Hendersonville since 2015. I attend all of the activities. I love going to happy hour and socializing with my friends. Every Wednesday I go on the lunch bunch outings, some of my favorite places our Kubuto, Olive Garden, and Chop House. Each year the Hearth allows me to hire a musician and ballroom dancers to entertain all of the residents and myself on my birthday! We have had this birthday celebration 3 years in a row and will be doing it again next year!

My mother has lived at The Hearth for over 5 years. We looked everywhere in Hendersonville and Sumner County and this is by far the best. The staff is awesome from Cheri,, the Marketing Director, from the first day we walked in, to the Activity Program and Care Staff. She has enjoyed every day she is has been here. We could not have picked up a better place!

I moved to The Hearth in May 2018. It was my decision to move here due to my personal medical issues. If I need anything I feel confident in the nursing staff and they are very cooperative. Our activities director is also very helpful with anything you might need (internet, tv, etc). The residents are very welcoming and despite the different religious and political views we are all able to live in harmony. I feel that I made the right decision moving here to The Hearth!

Its been almost 2 years ago that me and my brothers moved our mother and father into The Hearth at Hendersonville. There has not been a day since that we regret that decision. All the staff, from Elizabeth at the front desk to Stephanie (transportation specialist), Amy, Rick and McClain (the entertainment and activity personnel), the waiters and waitresses in the dining hall have all been superb. The nursing staff and their aides are extremely professional in delivering their care and support to my parents. It is the cleanest, safest most welcoming facility of its kind in Sumner Cty.. And Ive been in them all.

My family member just moved into the Heath at Hendersonville. She absolutely loves it! She stated she feels like she has moved into the Taj Mahal because it is so clean and beautiful. She loves the social interaction with all the residents and has already made several friends. She loves the food and how the customer service she receives from the servers in the dining room during meals. She is very impressed with how fast the nursing team addresses her needs. She told me that one day she hit her call light by accident and they showed up within 2 minutes, and she didnt even know she had hit her call light. She speaks very highly of the marketing team and management team. Carol stated she had been looking at several communities but she said that when she toured with Danny, she knew the Hearth at Hendersonville was the place she wanted to live. Carol said she has been telling everyone she meets how amazing and how much she loves The Hearth at Hendersonville!

Great place! The first impression of the building is impressive because you immediately feel the positive energy coming from every resident, staff, or family member you speak with. Residents and staff smiling as they walk down the halls of the community and it gives the community a safe and home like environment that they all deserve. The management team and front line staff do a wonderful job building relationships with residents and family members to meet the personal needs of each individual. The Hearth exercise programs are always full and the residents speak of how much they enjoy the exercise classes. The residents speak highly of all of the activity programs because there are a wide variety of options each and everyday to find something fun to do! If you are looking for senior living that is Independent, Assisted, or memory care, The Hearth at Hendersonville is the place to go!

My Dad is happy at the Hearth, he is comfortable and feels safe. His only complaint is that the food is not appietizing. He eats a lot of Hamburgers & Hot Dogs. Breakfast is good though, cafeteria staff is amazing, actually all of the staff are awesome and care about the residents.

My mother has been at The Hearth for 9 months and I have been extremely pleased! They have gone above and beyond to make sure my mother is happy, safe and taken care of. They being everyone staff, housekeeping, aids, therapist ,CNAs, nurses even the Kitchen and dining room staff. Im the only one to see after my mother and that can be so exhausting. It gives me peace of mind knowing my mother is there and being taken care of. The food can be hit or miss at times but they continuously work to make that better. Food prep for that many residents with so many different diet restrictions has got to be hard to stay on top of. I cannot say enough good about The Hearth but it helps all everyone when you are actively involved in you loved ones life .

Seniors who are beginning to reach an area of need for assistance in well living should tour and consider the HEARTH in Hendersonville, Tn. My wife and I were needing assistance in many ways such as falling, housekeeping, preparing meals , general saftey and many other ways, which the HEARTH supplied. TOUR THE hearth first and it will be your last because it will supply your needs as it did ours.
