My mother has been at American House Hendersonville, TN for almost 8 months in their Memory Care. I have been very pleased with the office staff and caregivers for mama. She settled in much quicker than I had expected. They care about their residents and I am thankful for the patience they show daily as they help residents navigate daily life and care for their needs. It was hard having to put mama in Memory Care and it gives me comfort knowing that mama is being cared for by people who care.

My mama came to America House a month ago . I am very thankful . This place has the most caring caretakers & nurses just everyone who works here cares!! They take care of my mama & I feel like I don't need to worry, she is in good hands. If u are thinking about placing your love one in a facility, don't hesitate on America house , YOU will NOT regret it! Best decision I ever did♡

I truly can’t thank American House enough for my experience with them. My mother has been truly taken care of each and every day. She is happy and loves the activities. Its amazing to see the same faces every day. Elissa was amazing with how she brought us in after a bad experience in another community. Rachel and the entire management team has been very responisive to our every need. its so nice to trust that ive made the right decision to bring my mom here.

The staff at Elmcroft are compassionate, professional, and demonstrate integrity in all that they do for their families. My family is so very blessed that we have trusted the care of our mother to the good people of Elmcroft Hendersonville. They have made Mom feel safe, cared for her mental, physical, emotional and relational needs as if she were their mother. The staff have treated her and us with the utmost respect and dignity. We couldnt ask for a better place to call home for our mother than Elmcroft Hendersonville!

Each and every time I have visited Elmcroft of Hendersonville I have found it to be neat and tidy and CLEAN. It even smells clean. The staff is always kind and helpful. The residents are always smiling! I'd say that makes for a happy home!!

Family member has been a resident here over a year and all is great! Small homelike atmosphere. Activities always fun and unique, food menu is always top notch and delicious, staff is caring and makes sure everyone is well cared for and happy. Best place in Hendersonville!

Excellent staff. Lots of unique and fun activities. Really enjoyed the food. it is only one level and has an outdoor courtyard. This is somewhere that I could stay myself.
