The place is gorgeous, friendly staff, residents seemed really nice, like people you would not mind having as neighbors. I found an apartment that is PERFECT for me. I am taking today to think about it, but at the same time, I’m not sure what I need to think about, the place is perfect. I know the way I’m leaning is going to be a plus for y’all but more of a plus for me. Thank you for the tour, I don’t think I will need to tour any other places. Dianne

After the management team and many of their employees left the assisted living community my precious mother in-law was in we made the difficult decision to move her. I can honestly say that moving her to Ciel of Germantown was one of the best decisions our family has made. When the management team we had come to know and trust moved to Ciel of Germantown, we learned that many of their staff members chose to follow them. That spoke volumes about the kind of leadership they provide. We decided to move my mother-in-law there as well, and from the very first day, it truly felt like coming home. She was welcomed with sincere excitement and that helped her transition as well as our family. The the quality of care, compassion, communication, and overall atmosphere has been remarkable, just as it was when they were at the other community. The staff genuinely know the residents, treat them with dignity and kindness, and go above and beyond to make them feel safe, comfortable, and loved. It is obvious that this community is led by people who care deeply about both the residents and their employees. Their interactions with her and our family resonate that they love what they do and that impacts the type and level of care they give the residents. From the minute you walk in you are greeted with a smile and staff are friendly throughout the community. As family members, the greatest gift is having peace of mind, knowing your loved one is not only well cared for but truly valued. We are incredibly grateful to everyone at Ciel of Germantown for the exceptional care they provide every day. If you're looking for an assisted living community where compassionate leadership creates a culture of excellence, I cannot recommend Ciel of Germantown highly enough.

I am writing this review on behalf of my loved one (Darian Brooker-Klenz) who just moved into Ciel of Germantown Memory Care. Upon arrival she was welcomed with loving open arms, which made me feel really good. I would start naming names but I’m sure I would forget someone. I met each one on the management team and they truly have the heart to run this type of facility. They gave out their direct number and are always available. In Memory Care I was most impressed with the number of staff for the number of residents. They don’t just babysit and let them nap all day but they keep the residents busy. They take the time to know them and know what activities they like. The Resident Assistants truly have the heart to give this type care and love on them. The meals I have seen have been well balanced and they give plenty of food. Also I have been able to call the nurses line directly and check on my loved one and ask questions. I am glad I moved my loved one to Ciel of Germantown because I know she is being well taken care of. Thank you Donna for making all this possible.

I along with my parents recently toured Ciel of Germantown and was incredibly impressed. From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed by a warm, friendly, and professional team that truly made us feel at home. The staff was knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely passionate about providing exceptional care and creating a vibrant lifestyle for residents. The community itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. The amenities are outstanding”from the elegant dining areas and engaging activity spaces to the fitness center, outdoor courtyards, and comfortable common areas. Every detail reflects a commitment to quality, comfort, and resident well-being. What stood out most was the positive atmosphere. You could see residents actively engaged, smiling, and interacting with staff who clearly know and care about them. It’s evident that this community prioritizes not only excellent care but also dignity, independence, and meaningful connections. Our tour was during their Fathers Day celebration. It was well attended by residents and families. We enjoyed the music and delicious food. I would highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a senior living option for themselves or a loved one. The marketing team did an excellent job of calming my parents anxiety. They look forward to calling Ciel their home.

Brookdale Dogwood Creek is amazing. The team truly cares about their residents. They go over and above to ensure they have special family time, cherish special moments, and give quality service. From the moment you walk in, it feels great. All of the staff is wonderful. From the moment you walk in, you are always greeted and treated well as a visitor by the front desk staff. The dining staff is phenomenal - from the food prep to the quality of food all the way down to the way they interact with the residents is superb. The care team goes above and beyond. My mother started in their assisted living facility and then had to move into their memory care unit. My parents had lived in two other facilities previously (with Dad being in another memory care unit). I can definitely say that this is the best memory care unit in town. I dropped in for my visits at various times with my rotating schedule. Every time I entered, the staff was truly caring for each person and trying to meet their needs. The administrators were always available if I had questions. The doctors were struggling to diagnose Mom even after a 12-day hospital stay. Her needs were constantly changing. The staff worked with me at ever stage of her stay. The setting was always positive and upbeat despite the dementia/Alzheiemer's diagnosis of the patients. Can't say enough good things about the staff and administrators.

update: In general, it seems like the director is responsive to our concerns. There have been ups and downs. After speaking with the director, things got better for a time, then we were back down to 1 person again with an uptick in residents. It seems they have addressed the problem a second time and there were more caregivers the last few times I visited. I will continue to monitor. Mom moved in early fall of 2022. Everything seemed great. There were usually 2-3 people caring for 18 residents with dementia. Things have changed since the new year. Raised price $12k/year. At times there is only 1 person to care for all of the residents. Huge staff turnover in Clare Bridge. We are concerned. I have spoken with the director of Brookdale Dogwood about these matters.

My mother was in six assisted livings and/or nursing homes in the Memphis area in the last several years. This Assisted Living and one nursing home were the only two out of the six that could care for my mother without making both of our lives a nightmare. The nurses who work here must have heavy and highly rated previous work experience, turnover is low, care is available 24/7/365, and leadership makes it their major focus to ensure that patients have a good experience here. This facility was able to handle a resident who experienced an age related decline during her stay, who was pushing the physical capability limits of the assisted living design, and who was requiring increasing levels of nursing and doctor attention. In summary, this first rate facility can play the caregiving game that they talk.

We moved my mother into the Clare Bridge Memory Care unit at Brookdale Dogwood Creek about 6 weeks ago. We could not be more pleased with how it has worked out. All of the people who work there are extremely conscientious and very caring. The health care provided by the staff nurse is excellent. The residents are constantly involved in all types of stimulating activities, the food is great (my mother was too thin and has gained weight), and the residents all seem to be very happy. It was a tough decision to move her into a facility like this and it made me feel "guilty", but in hindsight, I wish we had done it much earlier. These people take care of essentially everything, and most importantly, my mother is happy and contented.

We moved my mother-in-law into the Clare Bridge Memory Care unit about 90 days ago and the entire experience has only gotten better each day. While she is unable to recall topics discussed three minutes ago, she consistently states every time we visit how nice the people are, how friendly they are, how good the food is, and how caring the staff is. My wife and I have been impressed with every single employee we have met. Every one has been helpful, polite, friendly, and gone out of their way to help us in every way. They have been exemplary. We are so thankful that in our emergency rush to find her a safe, stable and supportive home that the staff helped us tremendously through that critical time and that our friend's recommendation (he lives in Independent Living area) proved to be correct. We could not be more pleased.

Very nice, well maintained facility with very attentive staff. It's the best place to care for your loved ones. My friend's mom was in late stage of dementia when she moved into Dogwood Creek. We quickly noticed that each of the employees, no matter their job description, interacted with her bringing a smile to her face every day. They were very responsive to her needs and because of the professional and caring staff, my friend's mom lived longer, with more dignity, than the doctors thought possible.
