We have come from out of state twice to visit a relative living at this assisted living. We were graciously welcomed with friendly staff, they accommodated us with a good lunch in a separate area as we visited with our relative and ate together. Very clean, decorated nicely according to the season and dog friendly.

This is by far the best long term care facility that I have ever seen and as a Physical Therapist I have been in a lot of them. The staff is very friendly and they take good care of the residents. Very positive atmosphere!

Mom lives at Charter Senior Living in Gallatin and absolutely loves it. The residents are wonderful and friendly and the Staff & local management are better than we could have ever hoped for. Loving, kind, and always there to listen and give a hand. Always smiling, laughing, and making everyone feel special. They treat her like she’s their mom too!! Recently mom fell and broke her hip and is now recovering in a rehab facility. Although this facility is beautiful and the staff caring, it is not Charter. Every day mom wants to know when she can go home! Home to Charter. And this going home to Charter is what motivates her to get up every day, go to therapy, and get her mobility back. She misses them so much. She has had calls, emails, flowers, and visitors from Charter come by checking on her. Last week, when I stopped in at Charter to pick up some clothes for mom, it hit me. Everyone says, “There’s no place like home.” And for mom, that home is Charter.

I love this place! I’m a therapist that works with several clients here. The staff and residents really care about each other here. Also, the staff has exciting events for residents to partake in. This is a place I would refer to any friend to looking for Assisted Living.

I dont think that I have ever seen a group of employees care more about their residents. They consistently plan events and activities to encourage and promote the residents mental, physical health and their simple enjoyment of life. Morningside Assisted Living is extremely well managed and an asset to the community. Morningside is such a wonderful facility. My Aunt loves living here as the staff is great, nurses thoughtful and very helpful, grounds well cared for, and food so tasty! They offer so much entertainment and create activities for all to enjoy. The staff takes great pleasure in decorating for holidays and special events. I cant say enough positive things about Morningside of Gallatin. The staff is awesome, every member of the staff is kind and loving to everyone that comes in the door. I have never seen a business that has more of a family atmosphere. They have treated my family and myself as if we are members of there own family. Also the Morningside strives in supporting the community having several events supporting the local fire and police departments.

We Love this Facility! We placed my mother-in-law there a few months ago. She has some Dementia and memory issues, but the staff there are excellent and she really does get the care she needs. The facility is very nice and professional. The facility is decorated pretty and the food is of a great variety and delicious. The facility is always having events for the residents to enjoy and be a part of. We HIGHLY recommend if you have a loved one that needs the care you can no longer give yourself, that you check out Morningside of Gallatin. You will not be disappointed. The Director Stephanie is great and you can tell she truly LOVES her residents as her extended family!

As a home health nurse, I have seen several patients over many years at Morningside. The atmosphere of compassion and caring is obvious in everything they do. My father lived at Morningside for 7 months and it was a great experience! He had lived at home alone for 20 years and had developed some dementia! After he moved to Morningside we found that his dementia was from isolation! He blossomed there and loved every day he spent there! The staff became part of our family! They loved him and me! He had a reason to get out of bed to participate in the many activities! I wish we had found them sooner! I have a printing company and partner with the staff on projects, which keeps me connected! I am so thankful for a place for our seniors that loves them and treats them with the respect they deserve! Wonderful staff! Wonderful place!

I have been a frequent visitor at Morningside since it opened visiting relatives as well as friends. The atmosphere is that of a home environment. The loving and caring commitment of the management and staff are exceptional. Emotionally stimulating programs and activities are daily. In my opinion this facility is superior to all others in our community.

My parents were residents at Morningside for over six years. They loved it! And we, their adult children, managing busy lives ourselves, loved that they were so happy there! Meals were always tasty and served with such care from the staff. The activities were an enjoyable part of their day.... bingo, music, devotion, auctions! I have the greatest love and respect, and very fond memories, for the time my parents were there. I consider the hardworking team at Morningside part of our extended family!

My mother recently moved into Morningside of Gallatin. The staff has been so wonderful and helpful! Mom is doing great and is very happy. COVID has not kept the residents and staff from helping make this transition smooth. We talk on the phone often and can even do a virtual visit if we want to see each other. She has made nice friends already and is especially enjoying being with folks her age. It is also good that she has her own space now instead of staying with me or one of my siblings as she has been. Her apartment is so nice. She loves the food and is worried that she is going to gain weight because she is eating so well. I have peace of mind knowing that she is surrounded by nice folks, caregivers and nurses. And that COVID safety precautions are being taken, but not to the point that she is isolated. I also love that they have their little dog Sam that is being encouraged to come visit her since she loves animals. Paula and Carey are helping us figure out the long term care insurance.

We love Morningside of Gallatin and the special care they give their residents! You can always count on a warm welcome when you step inside the door. There is a sense of life everywhere - whether its their pet-friendly environment with Elizabeth the dog, Sophie the cat, Redford the rabbit, or their flourishing tower garden in the courtyard. Executive Director Stephanie Harville and her team are wonderful in every way!
