Brookdale is not a facility, not even a home. Brookdale IS home for it’s residents. Every administrator, staff member, and resident are a part of a unique family culture. In my opinion, this bond is the result of continuing effort, education, care, accountability, and personal emotional investment. I give four stars only because I am of the thought that improvement should always be a goal. If better ideas, practices, programs can be achieved Brookdale, Gallatin will bring them home.

Brookdale has been a great place for my Mom. Unfortunately, she was only there for about 11 months before she passed away, but she loved it there and the facility. The staff was good to her and took very good care of her. She wasn't much for the activities (other than BINGO- don't mess with her Bingo time!), but there were lots of other activities available. She had a beautiful courtyard room and could see the beautiful flowers in the courtyard and sit on her patio outside to see them also. Thanks Brookdale for taking such good care of my Mom!

Probably one of the best Assisted Living centers Ive ever been to. I went to other 5 star places and they reek of urine and desperation. For the most part, staff seem nice and well trained. And to the night shift who clean it every night, they do a great job!

When looking for a place to live and continue life- there is no other place in town that provides a solid leadership team and compassionate staff better than Brookdale Gallatin. Residents are well cared for and loved. The building is clean and comfortable. The food is personally prepared each day in house and the programs are enriching. I highly suggest this community and am proud to refer to my friends and family.

Our brother was privileged to call Brookdale Gallatin home for almost two years. The staff is caring, helpful, friendly, and professional. They allthe executive director, the activities director, the maintenance director, the nurses, the kitchen staff, the various caregiverswent above and beyond to make our brothers time there a wonderful, heartwarming, life-extending experience. Theres a family atmosphere that we have not seen in other facilities. We highly recommend Brookdale Gallatin to anyone looking for a facility for a family member or friend.

Brookdale Gallatin is everything you could ever dream of in an Assisted Living facility. The main thing that makes this such an awesome place is the staff. ALL of the staff, from the Director to the people that clean and do the laundry. They all treat my mom with the utmost respect and kindness. We were truly blessed to have found this place and I recommend it to anyone that is going into the next stage of their life.

This retirement community is truly a Village! People are not only friendly but also have lived very interesting lives, are youthful, active and engaging. Though our offspring were shocked when we chose to move here they too have come to realize just how good a move it has been. No worries about security and when something needs fixing in our cottage, we pick up the phone and a fixer ? arrives pronto! Plus the meals we consume at the restaurants are excellent. In fact, the same semi that delivers meat, fish and produce to local grocery stores delivers to FV. Salads and veggies could only be fresher if we grew them ourselves! An Olympic size pool and fitness center on-site make for ease of regular exercise. We moved here early and have NO regrets. Come early. Live well and long. ??

Elder care for mom has been quite the journey with some stops along the way being very good and some less favorable. Brookdale Gallatin is by far the best place we have experienced! The size of the community, the maintenance of the facility, the attention and care from the staff and the onsite and offsite activities to engage the residents all contribute to make this a top notch amenity. There is a wonderful family atmosphere here, along with excellent dining and a staff that thoughtfully interacts with the residents as well as the family. Every team member is very approachable and eager to listen and respond. Their attention to detail and professionalism is evident in the way they perform their duties, all with a level of enthusiasm and thoughtfulness rarely found elsewhere. Besides being a good value, this is a valuable place for mom to be as she appears to be going back in time to a level of physical energy and mental awareness we thought long gone. We have been blessed by mom being here, both in the level of care she receives and in the peace of mind it brings her family.

My mom has lived at Brookdale Gallatin for over a year. The staff is great, caring and always willing to help. The activities are tailored to each resident and are always fun!!! Lisa the adminstrator is always willing to listen to any concerns and assist in any way to make your loved ones home a better place. The environment is warm and welcoming at Brookdale. Recently toured the facility. I was impressed with the staff. They seem to genuinely care for the people that live there. They actually talked to them, laughed with them, and looked like they were having fun. The woman doing the activity had a lot of energy and the people seemed to enjoy what they were talking about. She asked how they felt about what is happening in the world and then listened when they commented. The director showed me around and I could tell she really enjoys her job and takes it seriously. I was introduced to several other managers and a nurse, they, too, seem to love their job. This facility seemed well run and the people taken care of. It was clean, a little dated, but I was told a renovation is coming. I just started looking for my mom who lives in Ohio, I'm hoping she will move closer to me and my family. If she does, this is the place for her. I was truly impressed.
