A new leadership team started about a year ago, and the transformation has been amazing. There is a rejuvenated spirit in the air and all of the staff and residents seem so much happier compared to a year ago. The residents are all vaccinated and I think that helps with their morale in this new post-covid world. This is where you want your loved ones to live. There is no where in Franklin quite like The Hearth!

My wife and I searched all of Franklin to find the right place to move her 87 year old mother who sent her entire life in Erie, PA and just lost her husband. She suffers with mild dementia and was scared to death to move into assisted living but knew she couldn't live on her own, and didn't want to live on her own either. We cannot believe how lucky we were to find The Hearth at Franklin. Every staff person and resident is as pleasant as could be and the place really does feel like a family. Mom was very scared that she would not be able to make friends or even navigate the building due to her memory but everyone has been so helpful to her. There are so many activities to get involved with and meet people. We've noticed that you tend to see many of the same people out and about and that is really the challenge for anyone moving into assisted living. You have to want to socialize, otherwise it will be a lonely experience. We are very happy to drop in and visit and just bump into the staff and get informal updates of how mom is integrating into the facility and so impressed of how well they track her activity. They truly have become an extended part of our family and have helped make the transition go as smoothly as possible,

We found the Hearth at just the right time. With health issues of my own, I couldn't see after the needs of my father without help from others. The responsibility of his care falling solely on my shoulders was overwhelming. The Hearth staff made him feel like a celebrity and I can't say thank you near enough.

You notice how happy all of the residents are every time you walk in the door. They have great activities and home cooked meals daily and the staff really cares for everyone that lives there. This is a place my mom can live and feel safe and get good care. There are lots of senior living buildings in the area, but this the only one I want my mom to live in. Thanks!

My mom lived here for 4 years. I can't say enough good things about The Hearth. They have the kindest, most caring employees that I have ever seen. Mom was treated like family from each employee. A special thanks to each one!

I was a little hesitant at first to leave my mom because this was all new for us, but have realized just in the short amount of time shes been there, it was the best thing for her. And the best thing about it is she really does enjoy being there. Thank you so much for The Hearth at Franklin.

I have a good friend that lives here and has told me about all the great improvements there have been. I feel like it is a real comfortable place where I could feel like I am well cared for. I was satisfied with my visit and will tell all my friends & family about this wonderful community. The new management has great energy and I was amazed with how content the employees were. Overall, the hearth is a place that I could see myself living. I wish I could give more stars for these folks.

I began working at The Hearth at Franklin approximately four months ago, and in those four months, I have fallen in love with my job. We are all a big family here-staff, residents, and family members alike. I dont see myself going anywhere anytime soon!

Beautiful facility with friendly care givers. The new walking path adds another great amenity! I cant wait to walk the path when the leaves begin to change. There are always activities for the residents and exceptional meals. Highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for a family member or themselves
