My family has recent experience with skilled nursing facilities around the Nashville and Franklin area. The staff at Franklin Rehab are hands down, the most caring and attentive group I have ever encountered. It is true, the facility is older, but the compassion and care shown by the staff quickly adds a shine to anything looking dull. Physical therapy, LPN, social work, and many others spent time not only with my father, but also with me, to ensure all interested parties were part of the care plan. Upon discharge, we had no less than four employees come by to see my father off. This team is what healthcare should be. I cannot recommend them enough.

Physical therapy is excellent here!! They care about the well-being of their patients!! The nursing staff and administrative staff are friendly and caring! My only concern is there seemed to be a disconnect among the staff about certain issues. My doctor tried to setup a peir to peir about an insurance issue, and needed someone from the administrative staff to setup the meeting, and the meeting kept getting delayed because there was a lack of communication about who could set it up. Overall, I have had a good experience here, and my health has improved over time!!

It’s not too large of a place and therefore the care and the social aspects had much more of a family feel than other places we had explored in the area.

I’m a rising senior at Grace Christian Academy and needed service hours, but this experience ended up meaning a lot more to me than I expected. During the ice storm, I was able to step in and help, and it gave me real hands-on experience caring for people. Everyone was so nice to me, and that made such a difference. It also showed me how hard this kind of work really is and how much heart it takes to do it well. That gave me a whole new level of respect for the people who do this every day. It inspired me to go to CNA school so I can keep helping during my senior year. I plan to major in psychology in college, and this made me even more sure that I want to work with and care for others. I’m really grateful for the opportunity and everything I learned.

My dad seems happy and the nurses were good today. He speaks highly of all current caregivers. He’s been at Franklin Wellness since June 2024. I will be posting again because staff change and situations constantly change. Yes things drastically changed. 2025 Update coming soon I’m going to keep it simple My dad fell many times at this facility. He could not feed himself after being there for a few months and they were not feeding him properly. I got a call at 3:00am March 5th that he had fell once again by 8:00am he was dead. They always called and said he fell but he’s fine. They hounded me for fees to be paid. I paid the monthly fee March 3rd and they sent a bill for over 1,000 for March 3rd-March 5th.

This place is horrible. Staff doesn't know anything. When we asked have our Dad ate or given meds, And the answer is always I don't know, I can check.. And why isn't it any chairs in the patient's room. Family members are coming to visit their loved ones. It's not accommodating at all. My Dad stays cold.we have special blankets for him.. Sooo Why my Auntie found my Dad laying there not even a sheet on him? And his Catheter bag almost overflowing. We don't live near this facility But we make a way that someone is there daily. It's unacceptable! Or probably that we're just use to BETTER!!

Clean, caring, kind. The work is emotionally taxing sometimes with death every day. When my dear friend was there for rehab and for hospice, the staff were so very kind and caring. It made the inevitable much more bearable. During hospice care, we were never left alone too long, and when she died, they were right there kind and caring. The relationship they have with Adoration is great. There were only good souls there. Thank you.

My mother just spent roughly two weeks at this facility. While the building itself is old and a little drab, the majority of the care she got was excellent. Her PT and OT were phenomenal and exactly what she needed. Apart from a few rude or rough CNAs, her nursing care was also excellent as well as the management staff. They were especially responsive and kind when addressing a few minor issues. I could really tell that most of the staff really cared for their charges. Mom has come home in better shape than she went in

My wife spent 18 months here . Although she was not happy with her situation I believe they did everything they could to make her stay as easy as it could be . They do a good job trying to give the residents the best care possible. I was in and out of there a lot and they were always friendly and nice to me . This place is not as described in some reviews. My mom is there and 3 times this week she has sit for 4 or more hrs needing cleaned. One of those times i was there. Call light on tech comes in turn off and says I'll be right back then seen texting in hallway. It's also not clean as described. Smells pissy at times and hallway always cluttered. Not recommended for long term. It's not all the people just some. But I guess that's what you get when you hire traveling RNs and techs

Although there are a few excellent staff members here, the medical care for patients with severe medical needs is lacking. Most of the nursing staff are temps so they are not aware of the patient history. We were able to move our family member to a different facility and they have improved.
