The staff greets you with a smile and a kind "How may we help you" Carol Fincher and Linda Buchner are a dynamic senior care duo! The residents connect with them the moment they unpack and their families become party of the East Ridge Residence Family! EVERYBODY ALWAYS WANTS TO KNOW ABOUT FOOD.....WELL HERE YA GO! I have been invited to dine there quite frequently in association with my role in senior care and the food is beyond delicious (Im still thinking about the broccoli & cheese soup from last week) Short ribs....fresh fruit and perfectly seasoned squash! Do not skip breakfast EVER! I'm looking forward to visiting their patio/pool area once open as it has the most welcoming presence! To sum it up....Friendly staff and residence....soups on and outside pool/patio opening back up soon! Do not miss out on this place!

Not only do I get the great opportunity to attend events at ERR which always have THE BEST food and atmosphere, I also do retirement planning. Our clients are older so when the time is right for them to downsize out of their homes, I highly recommend they tour ERR as a place for their next home!

Very friendly and helpful staff. They speak as soon as you walk in. A pleasant atmosphere, you are made to feel welcome. Linda Shriver-Buckner is one that I met. She was so nice and shows such compassion whenever she encounters a resident. She took the time to really listen to them. It is nice to see someone like Linda who really seems to care. She is knowledgeable and friendly. The cafeteria is really nice and is clean and homey. Food is delicious!

This is the best place to live for seniors in the United States. It's clean. They got great food and people to take you where you need to go if you can't drive yourself. The staff is excellent with great attitudes and always willing to listen or help. They even got karaoke and I enjoy the singing. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else.
