I absolutely love my apartment. When I leave, I can't wait to get back to peace and quietness. I love that there is a short distance from parking lot to apartment building. The elevators are conveniently located. Short distance from elevator to apartment and outside. Nice and cool in the summer and warm in the winter. Never had an issue with management. Ms. McGee, the apartment manager has been a great help with a personal issue I had. She and her assistant are always prompt answering or returning your phone calls. Management notifies you immediately when you have mail in the office. I've never had mail stolen from outside my door. Great neighbors on my floor. I've lived here for 2 yrs. now.

I love it, It's a quite place to live, lovely park in back. Bus stop out front, Church next door, the people are ok, Some people need to my there own business. But other than that it's ok place to live.

This Whiteside Faith Manor is one of the most affordable for low income Seniors, and those with disabilties. The views doesn't reflect the popularity of the facility. It justs lot of their residents don't take time to fill out a review. I personally know the Manager Ms. Levern McGee. She is a very Well Spoken Professional, and Caring Person. She will go the extra mile for the residents. It really is a nice place to live. It's not fancy, but just as safe as anywhere else. Its top notch clean, and a resident does the cleaning. The maintenance crew will address your immediate issues. You guys have to receive approval from Ms. McGhee, if you qualify or not. She is awesome ! I have referred many people to her. She has managed, and operated it for years very successfully. It's located in the of the city . It was founded by a couples ministries. "The Whitesides " carries the name of the late couple. They are legendary for their outreach assistance to others. The Olivet Baptist Church is located next door. You guys will have this connection, by being in the Bible Bell. There are other churches who provide transportation. The whole area has transformed, with nice upscale homes, and restaurants. The bus goes right by . This will take you downtown to other business, and grocery stores , movies , and sportsbars. Ms. McGhee caters to everyone White, Hispanic, Blacks ,and any other ethic group.This is a equal opportunity facility. She provides the residents, with special days . There are delicious lunches, and dinner. I have performed Old School Music . We have always had a great time. Ms. Levern is quite an entertainer herself . She enjoys the residents as well. The decorations are always Beautifully designed to put you in the Spirit of the Holidays. There are washing machines, and dryers. There is a nice outdoor patio, and garden to enjoy. There are always fun games cards, etc. with friendly competition. There are grills for cooking outdoors. There are snacks machines, with Cokes , Chips, and Chocolate Candy. Who don't love chocolate lol. If you know someone in need of low income assistance or approved for a disability call today ! Please don't delay. You will love this facility ! I Love Chatt Town Mr. C.
