As a senior care professional, it makes such a difference when our shared clients are well cared for in the senior living communities we serve. The nurses, caregivers, community relations team, and concierge staff are kind and compassionate and are such a pleasure to work with. What a beautiful community for our seniors to live and thrive!

My wife moved to the memory care secction, Harmony Square, the beginning of 2021. She seemed to enjoy the social activity of Harmony which was very beneficial. Sadly the progress of Alzheimer's has become very obvious, but the staff of Harmony Square takes good care of her as she is now unable to do hardly anything for herself. I have been very pleased with the care she receives and the patience shown by the caregivers. The Harmony Square director, Shanna, is just fantastic. However, my wife died on 1/19 from the advanced Alzheimer's. The financial operations of Harmony do NOT follow the good patient care. Following her death Harmony improperty withdreaw a full month services charge from my bank account via their required ACH payment system for the month following her death! All agree that was incorrect, and when combined with the refunded days for January Harmony agrees they owe me a total of $8,065.81. It is now April 2, 2022 and I have received multiple promises of when I would receive a check to reimburse me, but they were only promises, and still no refund has been made. The care is good at Harmony, but beware of their financial operations/systems - they do not keep their word, and seem to make no effort to do so.

My wife and I are very happy at Harmony. We have met many great people who have made us feel welcome from the time we arrived, both staff and residents. We have made many new friends. We enjoy the time with everyone at meals and we enjoy our apartment on the 4th floor. The view is wonderful. For us Harmony has been just what we needed at this time in our lives.

The whole team at harmony made the transition of my Dad into memory care a smooth process that we were confident left my Dad in the right place for him with a group of people that care about his physical and emotional needs. Thanks especially to Anna and Shanna for their incredible support.

I believe it was GOD'S choice for us. After 62 years, the separation has been the hardest thing for us both but being at HARMONY has made it easier. Shanna Bennett is remarkable. It's difficult work, but the manner which she and her staff care for their residents is also remarkable. It was a good choice for us.

My wife and I have been here since opening day. Couldnt have made a better decision than to move here before my wife was in need of memory care. The entire staff, from independent living to now memory care, have been key to making things enjoyable and a very smooth transition in lifestyle. As a side note, if you sit in your room doing nothing, its not because there isnt anything to do. Many activities are presented for your enjoyment. Highly recommend Harmony at Brentwood!

This community exceeded every expectation I had for what senior living was like within the first 5 minutes of me being there! The community was so warm and inviting not to mention extremely clean! The staff became family within days it seemed. The whole team from the Executive Director down radiates the deep love they have for seniors and passion for their safety and well being! Your cup will run over with blessing at Harmony Brentwood because they truly have their residents at the center or every thing they do!

I cant imagine a better facility anywhere! The staff is so kind and compassionate! They treat my father like family. Chef Daniel consistently asks the residents what they would like for him to prepare, what they might like to see change and what their favorites dishes are. Jenny and Kayla work hard to create activities and events the residents truly enjoy. Kevin and his staff keep the facility running like a well oiled machine. Sheila, Maritza and Michelle handle not only their specified administrative jobs but any need that arises as well, not to mention they know the name of every resident in the building! This is an ideal community for anyone needing just a little help maintaining their lifestyles or anyone needing 24 hour full time assistance. My dad and I are so pleased with his new home!

When my mother decided to retire in Nashville I felt like finding the staff at the Crossings was the best thing that couldve happened to us! True professionals that made us feel like family. They gave my wife and I piece of mind that my family would be well taken care of. Incredibly grateful! On top of that the facility is 2nd to none!
