Beautiful property. Country living with all the amenities of Humboldt! No need to put any money down and underground parking as well! Truly a must see property

Humboldt is an excellent place to live with many doctors, dentists, opticians etc. Minor surgeries are performed here by Saskatoon doctors with a very new modern hospital and many doctors here in clinics. Many services and three good grocery stores, two auto dealerships, numerous farm equipment dealers, many restaurants and more new commercial construction at present For recreation an excellent golf club, Uniplex with Indoor Acquatic Centre, Curling Club, Elgar Peterson Arena (home of the Broncos and Humboldt minor hockey. Many ball diamonds and good minor softball and baseball here as well as in Bruno, Marysburg & Muenster. Excelent high school football, soccer and all levels of track & field. Only 1 hour + to Saskatoon. Silver Ridge Heights, with indoor ground floor parking and beautiful Common Room offers totally independent living and 2 types of assisted living in luxurious suites where we view wildlife and green thumbers can garden. Frequent get togethers for games, meals and coffee. Men play pool weekly at the Community Gathering Place. Check it out, no more real estate disposal worries for your famiiy.
