My parents moved into Trail Ridge almost five years ago. Across that time, I have been able to experience the Trail Ridge day to day activities and life style. The staff is welcoming and friendly, the environment is most appealing and well maintained — the best I have seen. The meals, in my opinion, are that of a fine restaurant, with chefs coming from some of the finest restaurants in the area. Exercise opportunities, activities and outings are plentiful and varied. A sense of friendship and gratefulness is felt from other residents as you meet them. It brings great comfort to see the level of care, friendships and opportunities provided in this facility.

My mother has been a resident at Trail Ridge for over 5 years now, and during that time, I've visited the facility hundreds of times. My experiences with the staff and other residents has always been positive. The environment at Trail Ridge is always welcoming, and I have great confidence that my mother is in very capable and caring hands when I'm away. I highly recommend this facility.

Have absolutely loved working at Trail Ridge for the past six and a half years! The community has really prepared me for becoming an educator as the residents are similar to students, they want to feel safe and secure in their environment. Geriatrics will always have a special place in my heart and Trail Ridge is the perfect community for elders to enjoy their retirement. The activities, wellness, and everyday camaraderie is so fun to be apart of and see!

During my time at Trail Ridge, I have not once had an issue with the staff or residents, they are always friendly and regularly reach out to help me with any needs or requests I’ve ever had. I highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for a place to live in their later years.

My mom lived at Trail Ridge for the past year. The Marketing Staff was friendly and knowledgeable, making the transition from her own home easier. When we moved her in, the staff went out of their way to make her feel comfortable, bringing up a fruit and cheese plate and offering her a place to rest. Her apartment was beautiful, clean, (thanks Donna!) and well-maintained. The dining room offered plenty of options and the food was good and served by attentive staff. I also liked the Bistro, where we would stop and have a cup of soup and play cards occasionally. The new walking path is a great addition.Even during the Covid pandemic, the staff has worked hard to take excellent care of the residents. Dawn Patten, the Administrator, is dedicated and clearly cares about the people at Trail Ridge.

This place feels very welcoming as soon as you walk in! Staff is wonderful! I can tell the residents like living here. They do a great job!

We moved my mother-in-law here into Trail Ridge from Rapid City. Beautiful place. It has everything she needed right at the facility, (eg. bank, church, exercise, entertainment, underground parking, swimming pool, etc, etc. At the time we liked the fact that she could stay in her place as independent living and switch to assisted living if that time came without moving out of her place. Im not sure if it is still that way but what a nice option at that time! Unfortunately that time never came and she passed away. The exiting out of her place was made very painless! Kudos to the Trail Ridge community as they make things more stress free as we grow older!
