The Nursing staff including CNA's are wonderful. They took excellent care of my loved one. The rest of the staff are wonderful, too. The therapists did a great job as well. No, the food was not always great, but it is hard cooking for an institution. Ignore people being upset about not answering the call light quick enough. There is not enough help; there is not an aide or nurse for every patient or resident. Remember, when they are with your loved one, they cannot be with the others either. Patience and be kind.

This place has been great for uncle , they are taking great care of him and getting him strong again. My uncle says the food is great and the staff are all super friendly.

FSHCC has been taking excellent care of my father. I am very pleased with the service we have received since May 23rd.

My father was here for about 8 months before he transferred facilities. Some of the nurses are great and some are not. It seemed like most would do the bare minimum. I know my dad wouldn't get the best help with showers / baths. They often would rush that, and he often didn't look like he was clean and would still have a foul odor and be left itchy with dry flakes. He is with the VA now and he loves it there.

I wouldn't call this a skilled nursing facility, it's just a facility with a few nurses aides. Response times are delayed, it's good for if the resident just needs repositioning but not to help with anything urgent. They are left to care for themselves. Just know that's what it is here

Kristine gave us a tour of your community. Your hallways are nice and big your rooms are so large the staff was amazing friendly and helpful and I love your dining room. Looks like a restaurant for sure state of the art equipment for therapy.

My dad had a great experience at Fountain Springs Healthcare, Nursing did a great job of taking care of him and giving him the care that he needed. Therapy was outstanding and his gait and balance is better now than it has been in years, and dietary did a great job accommodating for his gluten free diet. He is grateful to be home but truly misses everyone and the soft serve ice cream.

My mom fell at home is staying tell she gets better at the fountain springs but I feel sorry for the people who live there not enough help leaving call light on for 30 min when needing to use the bathroom leaving people on toilet for 30 min saying all be right back and never come back being rude to people aids and nurses telling my mom to just wait your not the only one who lives here and never coming back. Leaving people sit in dining room for 2 hours not helping them back to room just sad .

Our mother was a resident at Fountain Springs for the last two years. The caregivers were wonderful. Most important, our mom was happy. Everyone was great about keeping family informed and letting Mom make as many decisions as she could. Thank you for all you do.
