Nothing is perfect, but this place has come along way since I moved in 2-1/2 years ago. We have new management and maintenance. They have their work cut out for them cleaning and fixing the years of neglect. They have come along way in a short time. Communication is great with management and tenants. I usually call and leave a message, as this is the best way to communicate with any busy office personnel. There is always a smile and a hi from the crew. And when they ask you how you are, they are sincere. My apt is fantastic, when I first moved in, my oven went wacky, and within a few days it was fixed, the control panel went out. Lloyd's called professional help, they showed up next day, and 2 days later the control board was replaced. I have a new refrigerator. My apt was empty for quite awhile, so there were some issues, but maintenance was on top of every little thing. Thank you Autumn and Bailey for taking on a tough job. You guys "ROCK" .

A very nice apartment complex. The apartments are really nice. The manager, Angie is so friendly and such a sweetheart. The caretaker, John, is very nice and friendly. John is very dedicated to his job. After we had snow or ice during the winter, he came to work really early in the mornings to clean out the parking lot. John even came on his days off, just to make sure that everything is safe for us to get out and about. I would recommend Meadowlawn Apartments to anyone. It's an awesome place to live.

I wasn't sure how I would adjust moving from a large home to an apartment. The change has gone quite smoothly. The staff are definitely here for the residents. I feel beyond fortunate having found Meadowlawn Plaza...it is perfect for me! ***6 months later and I'm still as happy as can be!!***

Newly renovated. Friendly community of residents. This is low income housing. Front office staff and maintenance staff responsive if you need something.
