The staff and management of Good Samaritan in Herreid always demonstrate professionalism and competence. The care they have shown our family member in the past years has been a blessing to him and to the family. Good Samaitan's only focus is on the residents and what is best for them. We are content in knowing that our brother will always be well taken care of. From the bottom of our hearts, Thank you, Good Sam!

When my father-in-law was discharged from the hospital, but couldn't go home yet, Good Sam's had an opening. They treat him really well, and it's a very pleasant environment. My only complaint is that visitors [and staff] are still required to wear "face diapers", which seems to be out of their hands to decide, but up to health department officials. After all the lies and nonsense the past [almost] 3 years by health department officials, I no longer trust their judgment, or what they say. But this is NOT the fault of the staff at Good Sam's.
