I've been living here for two full years. Just signed my third lease. I really enjoy it here. I came in when Archer crossing took over. They have really done a lot to the place. Added extra parking, included pet stations. The staff here have been super nice. I've never had a problem getting anything repaired and have always been kept in the loop when things are being done on the property. It's very quiet and peaceful. And I think it's a beautiful place to liv

We've been here for almost 2 years now. It's quiet and pet friendly! We have the 2 bed & 1 bath. A lot of storage space! And an elevator as a plus in one of the buildings. We enjoy the atmosphere. Miss Jessica in the front office has been always been super helpful and attentive.

I like the cleanliness of the building and professionalism shown by the staff. I really enjoy living here so much more than my previous residence. Sylvester does a great job of maintaining the grounds. Janis always keeps the grounds tidy. The new leasing lady in the office, Murray, really cares about keeping the residents happy.

Inquired about an apartment and was shown great customer service! Was given a complete walk through and was so clean! I would highly recommend you keep checking if nothing is available because they always have people falling through because of credit history! One of the best hidden treasures in Graniteville!
