The care that my brother received, for the last two years, has been wonderful. The entire staff, from housekeeping to the director, were very passionate and truly caring. Although my brother, could be difficult at times, the patience and devotion to their jobs was always apparent. The communication between myself and the staff was excellent. My brother was comfortable and referred to The Gardens at Sumter as home. I am truly appreciative to the entire staff and would highly recommend the memory care unit at The Gardens at Sumter.

I toured the community a few weeks ago and it was a really nice community. Staff where very receipted and friendly.

So far Dad is very happy at The Gardens. The facility is very clean and tastefully decorated. Dad says the food is really good especially breakfast. I have to say every staff member seems happy to be there and they have all been very kind to Dad. The Executive Director is accessible and the admissions coordinator made every step of getting Dad there very easy.

I have been working here at the Gardens at Sumter for a little over 2 year's now, we love and care deeply about our residents. The residents love the staff as do I. The staff here go above and beyond to make sure the residents are taken care of and made to feel like home. We have had a few bad apples that have quit because they couldn't handle the everyday life that it takes to care for our residents. To come on here and bash our community is beyond embarrassing. How dare you Jalen Scarborough I love my residents like they are my own family I wouldn't dare treat them in any ill manner. We have the applicable amount of staff that we need with the ratio of residents. And those who have quit because of this are purely lazy. Cathy Casanova is by far one of the best Executive director's I've ever had. She is loving, caring and kind and to bash her name along with this community. You should be ashamed of yourself, you couldn't even use your real name.

You can see from the cleanliness and care of the grounds that this facility maintains a high level of standards. Too many facilities look aged and overgrown with weeds. Not the case here at all. Keep up the good work. Residents deserve a caring environment to spend their final days.
