We had to move my father from home to an assisted living facility because his disease was progressing so fast. We had several options at our disposal and went and saw several facilities. We decided on the springs. The facility was clean, smelled good, the residents that we talked to seemed to like it and several called it home. Not knowing what to expect or what treatment my father would get we moved him in. We could not have imagined the support we got from the staff!! The girls, everyone of them treat my father like he’s family, like he matters. They are all so caring and loving. The medtechs that I know are fabulous!! Kassidy, Skylar, “the medicine woman” and any other techs that I can’t remember their names are truly noted as fabulous also!! The assistants all treat my dad so wonderful and always greet us when we come in. As any new tenant there is always a learning curve. But Leigha, Adam, Amanda, and my girl Alexis went above and beyond to make our move in stress free and easy, we had a few small issues pop up and all have been almost immediately rectified in our favor!! We appreciate Leigha, Amanda, and the team under them. We truly don’t know where we would be without their assistance!! I would recommend the springs to anyone

My mother lived here from the very start of the pandemic in March through September. Because state regulators prohibited visitation the entire time, we had an Echo Show in her room (Alexa) that permitted us to check-in with my mother via video chat at will. It is testimony to their confidence in the caregivers that unlimited video interaction was not only permitted but encouraged. They would even turn it back on when my mother would accidentally turn it off. We were able to see that she was very well taken care of by very kind staff members. They do a great job of getting residents out of their rooms to the outdoors when possible and keep them engaged. We recommend The Springs at Simpsonville without reservation.

I will be forever grateful to the Springs in the way that ALL who work there cared for my mother. She started off in assisted living and transitioned to memory care. As her health declined, the Springs staff ALWAYS practiced integrity and compassion, caring for mom by doing what is right with dignity and grace.

My mother is going into her 6th year in assisted living at The Springs. I am so very thankful for kind and caring and helpful administration and staff looking after her and doing little extras for her, going out of their way to do so! Thank you ALL so much!

My mom is in memory care. There is an outstanding group of ladies who take really great care of her and all the others. I know they treat her well based on the way she smiles and responds to them. God bless these special women!

bestseniorliving community I have ever experienced. Lots of genuine love and care, exceptional experienced management, locally owned. I cannot say enough good things about this community but here are a few: scheduled activities 7 days a week, nurse 7 days a week, medical doctor is very responsive and sees patients weekly if needed, residents, families and staff smile a lot, food is yummy, housekeeping and maintenance are timely and thorough. You have to experience this community.

The Springs at Simpsonville is fabulous. When my father in law, at 90 years old with Alzheimers needed to be moved to the area we visited interviewed and toured about a dozen facilities, many of them multiple times. In the end we choose The Springs and it was the perfect decision. Every person, without exception, that we encountered at The Springs, was caring and loving. They always took time to do their best to understand my father in law and his needs. His Alzheimers has made it difficult and sometimes impossible to understand, however at The Springs the staff took time to talk with him and let him do his best to interact. The level of care was great. And best of all the love that they have for their residents is evident each time we walked into the building. If you need a new home for someone you love you wont find a better place with better people than The Springs. We appreciate each and every person there and all that they have done for us as a family as well as all they have done for my father in law.

My parents moved here in 2017. My family has just been through a very difficult period. My dad entered hospice in June, 2018. His greatest wish was to continue to care for my mother who is in a wheelchair and suffers from dementia. The staff at the Springs worked with me and hospice to do everything we could to make that possible. Throughout I worried what will happen with mom? There were no open beds in the Special Care unit. I really wanted her to stay there but being a planner I worked out my Plan B, despite Ashley telling me not to worry, it always works out. They did! a few days before my dad passed I was told a bed was available and was hers if I wanted. My mom was able to stay in the room with my dad until the day before he passed. Having friends who have been dealing with similar issues at other facilities I realize that this is not necessarily the response you would get. We love the family atmosphere and genuine heartfelt care all the residents receive.

I cannot say enough about The Springs! My parents have been residents for only a few months, however, from the start we have been extremely pleased. When entering The Springs you sense the feeling of family, community, activity from both residents and staff, along with the cleanliness of the facility. Communication from the management and medical teams is timely, detailed and open. As to the medical care, staff nurses, onsite doctors and their team go above and beyond. Questions, concerns or needs are always addressed quickly. It is evident the staff of The Springs is there because they are passionate about caring for senior residents.

I cannot say enough good about The Springs. The level of caring, attention, and support of the staff is unparalleled. My mother has dementia, and is legally blind, and I see how they treat her and all the people who live there. We looked at MANY MANY assisted livings in the area. Some were newer and more expensive. But when we walked in to those, we didnt get the feeling we were looking for - we wanted her to feel at HOME. And we wanted her to make friends and be safe at all times. The Springs does that. Even when I call and bug the staff at all different times of the day, they welcome my calls and never make me feel like Im bothering them. And whatever request or question I have is immediately handled. My mom loves the food, and loves her room. She has people to talk to and things to do every day. As my moms dementia progresses, I am so grateful we chose the Springs as her home.

First impressions are important and you will get a great first impression as you observe the residents on the front porch in the rocking chairs, laughing, drinking tea, and conversing with each other and members of the staff. The decor is attractive and clean, but one of the most important things to consider is the staff. Stability among staff members is tops! The staff interacts with the residents and provides meaninful activities from dining out to attending baseball games, to participating in Senior Games. The residents always come first!

My husband and I are very grateful to the wonderful staff at The Springs. We are especially indebted to Ashley Barry Waters for her efficient handling of our moms situation. Ashley is cheerful, kind, and very helpful. We only regret (for personal reasons) that we were not able to place our mom at the Springs. The Springs are beautiful; we are keeping it in mind for our own retirement.

My mother-in-law lived at The Springs for 18 months until her death a few weeks ago. My wife, a Registered Nurse, did extensive research and investigation before selecting The Springs. We looked at over a dozen different facilities, toured them all, talked to residents and staff, before Cheryl chose The Springs. My mother-in-law was English, very reserved, but the staff made sure to draw her in to all the daily activities, exercises, and games. She thrived there! She loved most of the food, read every day from the extensive library, and especially enjoyed the ponds with all the ducks and geese, as well as the walking paths. She received good care, made friends, and we could rest well knowing she was safe and happy. We highly recommend The Springs to everyone we speak to.
