We have used Visiting Angels (VAs) since 2018 in caring for my 90+ year old father. VAs has provided excellent care and has been very dependable at an affordable cost. My father looks forward to seeing his VAs and receiving personal care from them. I also enjoy the break in the action. Not only have VAs provided excellent care, they have also provided invaluable information on other services that are available for assisting elderly adults. As I am not a young man anymore, I can rely on VAs for excellent and dependable elderly care assistance. Periodically, I check with other adult care agencies, but none can compare to the care services VAs provide.

We are 10 days in to our experience with Visiting Angels. We are having caregivers with our mother 24/7 presently. We have been pleased with the majority of caregivers sent by Visiting Angels thus far. The office staff has been timely with their response to our calls and to accommodating our requests.

I used Visiting Angels of Indian Land twice and both were excellent help for me. Michele was a great help and taught me how to care for myself after a knee injury and was excellent. She set me up for self care and was very instrumental in getting me to care for myself and be confident. I would not hesitate to use The Angels again.

Visiting Angels has been absolutely amazing. Especially the Angel Norma they sent to us. She really cares for people! She comes in with a smile and a motivation to help. She is a great cook and she sees what has to be done. Knowing that she is there for my husband gives me a great peace of mind when I have to run errands or work outside. I had two really bad in home care agencies before that made me doubt that there's anybody out here who would actually do a good job or show up on a regular basis at least. Now I know there is a true angel sent by Jesus! Thank you so very much!

Just want to let you guys know that my Mom's caregiver, Phyllis is fantastic. She's dependable, trustworthy and a hard worker. My Mom has warmed up to her and talks about what a great job she's doing. We are fortunate to have her. We've been utilizing Visiting Angels both previously for companion care while out of town…and now for more care during in home hospice. All of our "angels" as we like to call them have been phenomenal. Can't say enough wonderful things about this company, their staff and their care. Robin has been wonderful. My Mom is blind, and Robin anticipates all of my Mom's needs before she even has a chance to think of what she does need. She's been with us for almost 2 years, and we consider her as family. She has always been on time, and is always cheerful and willing to help. Robin takes my Mom to her Dr appointments and other errands. We couldn't be happier with her care!

I can't praise Visiting Angels (in Rock Hill, SC) highly enough! When my sister's placement in assisted living was delayed, we were in a panic, knowing it would not be good for her be alone all day. Judy really listened, and was able to meet with my family the very same day. She explained everything very clearly, and assured us that short-term or interim care was not a problem. The very next day my sister enjoyed her first 'angel' visit. What a relief to know she's had some companionship every day. They even helped her around the house and took her to a doctor's appointment. When my sister got lightheaded during a shopping trip, her caregiver got her back on track, and I received a call from Darryl to let me know what happened. I enjoyed learning even more about their commitment to care, and was very impressed! Darryl even mentioned something I hadn't thought of: scheduling a Visiting Angel to spend time with her periodically at assisted living while she settles in. What a great idea! She would feel less alone in her new surroundings. Thanks so much to the Visiting Angels for making a very frustrating situation so much better!

I needed 24 hour caregivers because I live alone. The caregivers were always punctual, helpful, and respectful. As I got better and my needs changed, they were very flexible and good natured. We needed help with my 83-year old stepfather, who came home from a lengthy hospital stay under Hospice care. V.A. was super responsive and understanding. Judy, who came out to do the assessment was knowledgeable and compassionate. Krystle was wonderful at getting caregivers scheduled for the times we needed and always replied quickly. Zuzana, of V.A. was the best caregiver I have ever had the privilege to know. (And I've known many of them for other elderly relatives.) She went above and beyond the call of duty in many ways. She kept notes hourly of anything noteworthy regarding my stepfather for the family to go by. She offered to assist with even things she isn't required to do. She was with my stepdad when he passed away and was so kind and gentle with my mother when this happened. Even though this was the first time she had been with a patient at the moment of death, she handled it so well -- with dignity, compassion and respect. She is a trustworthy person, which is something money cannot buy. I cannot say enough good things about her, and am so thankful that she was the one who was with my stepdad when he passed and with my mom to comfort her until I got there. This company is truly named appropriately.

I never expected to need the services of the Visiting Angels at 57 but a car accident left me in need. Without the Visiting Angels I would not have been able to recover in my own home. Although training could be better, some angels had no brief changing experience, nearly all the angels are so kind and helpful. And the office staff does a wonderful job of scheduling and making sure there I always know if someone is going to be late to my home.

The angels are truly angels. Our precious angel Sally is wonderful. She's so sweet and kind to mother in law. My mother in law calls her "my favorite angel"! They've all been very patient and caring. They do whatever you ask whether it's a bath, taking my MIL out for breakfast or lunch and even hair appointments. They even make sure the dog is fed and taken out. I highly recommend the angels and I'm so thankful someone told me about them.
