They are a fine establishment, real good people. they take good care of their residents.they keep you informed and take time to listen to you and your concerns. I would recommend them favorably.

Not terrible but wouldn’t recommend. My mom has been here for 2-3 years and she’s getting worse and worse. I call her and she complains about some nurses not being nice. When I visit the smell is horrible. They don’t clean under her nails. Her face is always dirty. Some of the nurses are nice but I personally don’t like the facility and the cleanliness

The nurses and c n as at this, rehabilitation center. I'm very kind. I haven't had any issues thus far. The facility needs to be updated. You can tell it has been here for quite some time. They keep it very clean. It's just the bathrooms and patients equipments are outdated. Other than the I would have given it 5*

This is hands down some of the best folks in healthcare. Committed to Caring is the logo and they mean it. The average rehab stay is 24 days and they have it to 18. If the goal is to get your loved one strong enough to get home safely, this is the place to be. Not to mention they do long term care and do it with compassion. Thanks, PruittHealth Orangeburg!

The day time nurses and staff care and are competent. But from what I have heard from a friend who is a patient there, it seems the weekend employees need to be more aware of the patients needsalso, no one will answer the phone at night even tho it states they are open 24 hours. They either need to replace the night staff or tell them what is expected of them to be more professional and give the patients better care
