My father has been at Brookdale in North Augusta for almost two years. His health has improved tremendously. He has community and wonderful, loving caregivers. When he first entered he needed Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy and received Speech Therapy as well. It was nice to have these available in-house. Brookdale and all of the loving caregivers there have truly been a blessing to our dad and to his family.

I found most of the staff rude and unfriendly but there were a couple of staff members that took care of mom that were friendly. The dining room was not clean and bugs in chandeliers and tables needed cleaning.. I found my mothers room had a awful spell and needed cleaning. I realize they may be short staff but they could do much better

I am so glad that I have moved my friend closer to me and the change I see in him since he has moved here is great. He is taking part in the activities now, making friends and he likes going to the dining room and he seems to like the food as well. The staff are all very friendly and accommodating. The community is very nice, clean and well kept up as well. It has been very uplifting for me to see my friend happy again.
