Have friends living there. Services have deteriorated greatly. When they went there the 1 meal a day was excellent quality and website said well balanced. Well balanced taken off website description and 1 main meal a day might be a small dinner roll for a "Sandwich". I use that term loosely. Website also says transportation to activities. No happening. Repairs not done and when you call for something to be fixed it never gets done. No full time maintenance person or grounds person. Everything being let go. Not a good place to move to.

This is clearly the best value for independent living that I have found. The staff really care for the welfare of residents.

This place is supposed to be for seniors and originally offered outings to stores weekly and outings for dinners and entertainment as well. They only provide 1 meal a day and the rent STARTS at $1900. It's too expensive for the amenities they actually provide
