They have taken care of 2 family members and did a great job. The staff takes time with each resident and does a great job helping them adjust to home, away from home. Its never easy making such difficult decisions for loved ones when they arent able to stay by themselves any longer. Im very thankful for Ashlan Village and all the members of their team.

My brother has been there for 5 years and he is happy there and the staff are so kind and thoughtful to all their residence.

Moms been there 2 weeks and so far we have been pleased. Its not been easy for mom she gets upset at night (sundowners) and they do their best to calm her. Everyone has been kind and compassionate. They are trying to help her adjust.

It was a good experience and they were very friendly. I was very interested but there was no opening right away. I really wanted to move him in there but the other option was to share a room and that was not going to happen. It is a beautiful facility and a little more upscale and the same pricing as other similar communitites

We've only had mom in there a few weeks but so far we are more than pleased with the care she is getting. We had a wonderful lunch with her this week and I must say that if the food is always that good, I could live here myself. Thanks to Bob and the wonderful staff for helping us through our transition. Wonderful, wonderful place. I've had experience with a number of facilities that care for the elderly and Ashlan Village by far is the best. From the owners to the administration, caregivers , housekeeping, dietary, and med techs, I've never seen such a group of caring individuals. I always highly recommend it to anyone I talk to about assisted living.
