I visited with Spring Oak and can honestly say that the two days I was there, every staff member I witnessed genuinely cared for the residences and never appeared inconvenienced by them. They treated everyone like family and made sure they had everything they needed. The administration was personable with the residences and has created a very friendly, welcoming, and cozy lifestyle. Residences have multiple avenues that they can request help and the staff was always quick to respond. Can't say enough good things about the staff at Spring Oak!

I found an Angel in Memory Care, named Felicia. She sang lullabies and scratched my husbands back until he fell fast asleep. She went way above her job description,I can’t tell you what that meant to me. All the ladies are great but she stands out to me, She makes a difficult job look easy. Thanks for caring. Pat H

I toured the facility and was really impressed with the staff and facility. It was not at all what I expected in a good way. LaSonya was so kind in showing us the room and amenities. My parents decided that it was not the right time for them to move in. LaSonya was so understanding. Hopefully if the circumstances change, we will be able secure a spot there!

My family and I had dealt with my father’s passing recently and he was my mother’s caregiver. We had searched throughout the Lexington area to find a facility that would meet my mother’s needs as well as my father’s expectations. Spring Oak exceeded our needs. The staff throughout has been a blessing to both Mom and the family. We would highly recommend Spring Oak to anyone wanting excellent caregivers.

My Mom has been a resident at Spring Oak since October of 2021. She has always received excellent care. Just recently she spent 3 months in and out of the hospital and rehab. I was elated to get her back to Spring Oak last month. Happy to say she is thriving in her environment.

Spring Oak has been absolutely wonderful, from moving my friend into the community to meeting all of her needs every day. All of the staff are exceptional, everyone speaks to you when they see you, staff gets to know you and your family member and the communication about your family member is concise. The staff is very supportive and helpful in navigating this part of life for you and your loved one. I feel very confident that I chose the right community for my friend. She enjoys living in this community, she loves the shopping trips, trips to restaurants and the other activities they have scheduled. She is well taken care of and loved in this community and for that I am grateful.

We had to make the difficult decision to place my father in law in an assisted living facility. After visiting several places we found Spring Oak of Lexington. From the moment we step foot in the door until today, the staff has been absolutely amazing. Day or night they are always there to answer any questions we may have. My father in law now calls Spring Oak his home! He looks forward to sitting out front welcoming everyone in the door to playing bingo in the afternoons (which he hated until he moved in)! Spring Oak is more than just a facility, its great home away from home and comes with an amazing bonus family! Thank You to all the staff at Spring Oak for taking such amazing care of our Mr. George!

My father in law was here 10 months. He had dementia, but was able to live in his own apartment since he was not a flight risk. They took care of him in many ways. When he was put on hospice, they worked directly with the hospice house. They let him pass calmly in his own apartment. I am forever grateful!

Kim Young was an absolute Godsend to a dear friend of mine who needed to find placement for his precious mother prior to her discharge from the hospital. My mother has lived in the Memory Care unit for the past couple of years and she has been happy and content which makes me feel the same. There have been management changes but everyone has continued to be helpful and easy to work with. Cindy up front is wonderful!! They take groups out for different trips to resturants, the fair, the museum and other destinations. I enjoy seeing mom's picture when it is posted on the Spring Oak Facebook page. The area around the facility is quiet and the grounds are kept manicured and clean. Overall, I know my mother is safe and taken care of and that gives me a great peace of mind.

My mom was there between February 2014 and February 2017. Everyone loved her. My husband's mom is there now since July 1st of this year. She is doing so good and seems really happy there. The staff and administrators really love her, too. We are grateful to have been relieved of so many duties. Now it is easy to just come and LOVE her.

Our mother( Virginia Raye Richard) is located there at Carolina Gardens.. We love the care she receives while there... Ms.Cindy is very polite and professional. The other staff that I have talked to are professional and seem to be knowledgeable in their positions there at Carolina Gardens.... Well,I have to say,in the past few years my mother has been living here,there have been ownership/ management and staffing changes..some original staff still remaining. Learning curves continue, but are being worked on/ out. Those who know me,know that I am in contact on a " regular " basis...ok,more than a "regular " basis, but that's ok...it's my mother living here. They all love and respect my mother,and she is happy,comfortable and content here. I am thankful!
