The staff and residents there are wonderful. I have worked in partnership with the team so many times and it is great to see an environment where the love and care between residents and staff is genuine and pure. I love my time there and it's always an enjoyable experience.

My husband and I have lived here since December 2023. The facilities are outstanding and beautiful. Everyone seems like family that lives here and we all look after one another. The best part is the staff they are top-notch you can't rate above 10 but they are 100 the Community Director the activities Director the front desk workers the servers everyone is just top-notch. We love it here, 55 and older, my husband and I are the youngest. If you are looking for a place for your parents or a place for yourself, Ambriant at Avondale should be your new home.

We moved into Ambriant on May 1, 2024. The staff has been wonderful to us. They go above and beyond to be helpful. Very pleased with our decision to live here. The food is very good.Great choices.. Residents are very friendly. We looked at other senior apartments in the area and so happy we chose Ambriant over the other facilities. The location is off the busy highways which we really like. Some of the other facilities are right on busy roads. Location is perfect. Great decision. Highly recommend.

We are exploring facilities for our sister to relocate for enhanced amenities over her current apartment. First and foremost the experience with the staff, especially Maria, was most pleasant as she was quick to make us feel comfortable and schedule a tour with Hannah the lead of the marketing arm of Ambriant. Her presentation of the living options and costs was straightforward. With Hannah's extensive knowledge every questions was answered. Even things we did not think of were presented to assist in determining how my sister's needs would be met. Unlike other encounters in our search there was no pressure. Hannah was truly interested in moving forward at a pace that suited our strategy. Regarding the suites and facility we found them to be exceptionally appointed with fantastic amenities! With an opportunity to meet several current residents we found the response to their experience at a 5 Star rating; best of all our search. In reviewing the value proposition we found several options here all at highly competitive costs. In fact we found all things considered these the best. We look forward to a probable relocation for our loved one and a pleasant future at Ambriant at Avondale. If you are in the search mode we highly you add them to your list of visits.

I have been a resident of Ambriant at Avondale since middle of September 2023. This has become a real home to me. The staff members are wonderful, kind and always willing to help in any way, There are many activities planned for us and there is never a dull moment. The residents are friendly and we get along together as a total community. I would highly recommend becoming a member of this community.

A wonderful place to meet new people and enjoy Senior living. Our concierge, Maria does a great job keeping everything going smoothly while Brandi is an expert at planning interesting crafts and events and day trips we have a book club and a theater club.. You can be as busy as you want or just relax in your apartment. DOGS ARE WELCOME.

Beautiful space with plenty of light. Large apartments with HVAC and ceiling fans w/ washer and dryer in the unit. Social hour with wine, and games like cards, chess, Rummikub and jigsaw puzzles. Monthly luncheons at local restaurants. Helpful and courteous staff. Van for transportation to doctors and shopping.

While there are some wonderfully caring people who work here, the building itself is of such poor quality that it has flooded multiple times due to broken pipes. One time, it happened on Christmas Eve, and they kicked everyone out of the building on a freezing cold holiday night with no vacancy at area hotels. The builder of this facility (who still owns it) clearly doesn't not know how to build, manage and care for a facility like this. I would run out of room trying to list the cheap, cost-cutting measures over the past two years. They cannot keep a chef for very long, and that adversely affects the food quality and availability.

What a great place to live! We have a spacious and lovely apartment facing the courtyard and enjoy sitting on our balcony. the staff is friendly and helpful and keep us busy with fun activities. Our new chef is preparing delicious meals and changes the menu frequently. We have made several new friends and look forward to making more as they move in.

Ambriant has wonderful potential to be the best in the Carolinas. The apartments are roomy and the facility is beautiful. The staff is friendly and really cares.
