My mom received such excellent care at The Palmettos! The staff loved and cared for her very well, and considered her "theirs" until she passed away there in her room, surrounded by people she knew. Every time I mentioned to someone else that my mom was at The Palmettos, their faces would light up and they would tell me what a great place it is. I know - that's why she was there! So thankful for their care for her!

My mother in law has lived at this facility for more than a year and I am beyond impressed. The improvement in her health and well being since she has been here has been noticed by all who have visited her. The staff is very helpful and always present if my wife has a concern or question. The facility is clean and attractive. Feels like home. The whole family is very happy with the care she is receiving.

As a hospice social worker and Aging Life Care Professional, I have had clients at the Palmettos for many years. I highly recommend the Palmettos due to the extra level of nursing expertise they offer, the friendliness of staff, and the cleanliness of the facility. I love that I have worked with some of the same staff for many years. I would highly. I would highly recommend you consider the Palmettos if you are looking into assisted living.

The Palmettos has been a wonderful "second home" for our mother. We love the small community that is created for the residents by the staff there. From the personalized nursing care and the creative activities director to the delicious meals and sweet support staff, we could not have chosen a better place for our mother.

Before moving to the Palmettos, my mother was in a different assisted living facility. They were tragically understaffed and my mothers health suffered because of it. Since moving to the Palmettos her health and her mental well-being have improved exponentially. Everyone at The Palmettos has treated her with love, kindness and respect. I sleep better at night knowing she is there.

Working in hospice, I have called on this numerous communities for nearly 8 years and it is TOP NOTCH! It's so refreshing to see stability and they have it - they also have the beautiful ambience, wonderful activities and an incredibly caring staff. I love that I learned to play Euchre here many years ago w residents. Our staff at Via Health Partners work seamlessly with their team.

The Palmettos has been an excellent experience for our mother and our family. Mom had been in a revolving door, of hospitalizations, and rehabilitation centers, and when she was finally stabilizing, we wanted the best assisted living for her. The available options closest to her home were less than optimal. We did our research and settled on the Palmettos. Mom has been happy and we know she is very well cared for. Staff are very attentive and responsive to her and our needs I would highly recommend The Palmettos for anyone looking for this level of care for their loved ones.

My dad was a resident in the Memory Care area. He had a beautiful, up to date room and bathroom. They have a lovely dining/social activities area in the center with a gorgeous, soothing, enclosed garden nearby. The Palmettos were absolutely incredible. They went above and beyond for us in every way. Kim, marketing, Ruby, the head of nursing, and the director, Katherine were all wonderful. We loved the entire staff in memory care. I looked forward to sharing meals with dad. The food was excellent. I am eternally grateful for the love and care they showed to our family. It would be my choice for any family member.
