Excellent place to live. Very affordable with great management and very efficient and well equipped maintenance team. Maintenance issues are taken care of immediately! The manager John is always very responsive to any issues! A+++++

In my personal opinion, everything is going well. We do not have annoying neighbors, they fumigate constantly and provide constant maintenance, the only thing is that they did not change the carpet in the apartment when we arrived, we have been in the apartment for 2 years and there are still some stains on the carpet, but everything has been very good since the start of the new administration a few months ago.

Pros: Timely & efficient maintenance (always respond within 24 hours and they have a weekend emergency hotline), MUCH better management under Jonathan than the last property manager, GREAT location (minutes from downtown, I-85, and other community necessities). Nice safe neighborhood to walk in. Most residents are nice and respectful. Wooded area between complexes with picnic tables and a pond. Feels secluded even though it's right on Wade Hampton. Cons: Many residents smoke (weed & cigarette) even though they sign a lease not to. I have had to buy an air purifier and air filter to breathe easy. Mgmt is attempting to address these issues.

Best deal for the money: great location, great school district, and affordable. The apartments are no-frills with minimal amenities, but maintenance is responsive, and the landscaping & grounds are attractive. I recommend these apartments to anyone living on a budget, especially if you want to be close to downtown Greenville.

I have lived in this complex for many years. It is attended to quickly if any issues arise. The management reacts quickly to maintenance issues, upgrades to public areas and other community needs. I do not plan on moving anytime soon .

I have been renting at Overbrook for over a year. I have had timely and thorough responses to maintenance requests and it is a quiet place to live.

It's good place to rent. The only complaint I have is the property management isn't on the property on the weekend. So its pretty much free rain on doing what ever you want and not get in trouble for it.
