I can’t say enough good things about this assisted living community. It’s a beautiful, welcoming place with a strong sense of community, and the staff truly go above and beyond. Oakview Park is a wonderful Assisted Living in the outer Greenville area. Their staff truly care about the residents and it is a family atmosphere. They advocate for more services and resources that their residents might need as well as providing lots of education on aging in place. Not to mention that Ms. Grace is a shining star at the front desk, and is a wealth of knowledge!

I have known several of the leadership team for years and I’ve recently had the pleasure of meeting their nurse and director. I would highly recommend this community to anyone looking for assisted living or memory care. The residents seem so happy and well taken care of. I wish I could give more than five stars!

The care staff is good here but I would have preferred that the caregivers to be certified. I had to send several texts and emails to manager to watch my relative and assure they had required meds etc. They seemed to have an issue keeping a managing nurse but not sure why. I’ve had to email staff about diminishing food portions. It seems a little improved now. This place could be 5 stars if there was a little more attention to detail. The value is ok for the price but not a good value.

Oakview Park has become a special place for our family. My dad has been in assisted living for almost a year. He constantly reminds me that " this is a good place". Having to place our mom in assisted living was a very hard thing to do. After visiting a few facilities my brother and I got an invite to Oakview and we both knew right away that this was the place that stood out above the rest. I first noticed that the patient population seemed happy and content which usually is a direct indicator of being taken good care of. I can’t say enough good things about the staff and how the facility is ran, it’s definitely a five star and we feel fortunate as well as grateful to know our mom is safe and being cared for by a great team of professionals. My grandmother is a resident here and it is a very clean and vacation-like getaway. She seems to like it and seems to be conforming to this sudden new environment. Under normal pschological and heart felt circumstances of humans as we grow older and require these changes, it is a very nice and welcoming retirement home. We moved my mom to Oakview memory care 9 months ago and it has been great. Bracale S. (I call her peazy) has been great to my mom. She always has a loving attitude and so has Sharon Dani and Cheyenne They are all great and mom seems to like them. They are understaffed sometimes but the ones that are working will work extra hours to make sure everyone is taken care of

Erica Huff is by far the most compassionate person I have ever met. She is selfless and truly understands the importance of maintaining the residents dignity. She goes over and above at all times. She is also by far the most knowledgeable employee there. She is always willing to help with Moms issues with her meds and special needs. We thank God for her every day. I truly do not know what Oak View would become without her.

Oakview Park has wonderful, caring staff. Erica is especially receptive to us with any needs we have for our mothers daily care. She knows how to work with those not wanting to do the task!! She's good at getting our mom to do what she hates to do. Kudos to Erica!!

My mother has been there over 2 years and they take AMAZING care of her!! We don't worry about her. I know she is being cared for and enjoying her life. The staff are great, the place is always clean and they genuinely care for their residents. My mom enjoys all of the fun activities and outings. Highly recommend.

Our mom became a resident of Oakview Park in Assisted Living in March 2020. The community is beautiful, clean, well maintained, and smells really nice. The staff is wonderful! Oakview Park is blessed with warm, friendly, caring, compassionate, and loving people. The director Shelly, the managers, caregivers, wellness coordinator, the Nurse Practitioner, activities director, dining and kitchen staff, the chefs, housekeeping staff, receptionists, therapists, the properties manager, and others I may have unintentionally left out, all have a heart to serve. The activities director is amazing! She always has something fun for the residents to look forward to. She takes them on day trips for ice cream, shopping, sightseeing, and shows. She plans indoor and outdoor activities such as games, crafts, musical entertainment, dinner theaters, and so much more! Mom’s favorite is bingo and salon day with manicure and facials. We have watched our mom thrive in her community at Oakview Park with her new friends and family. They have become Our friends and family. We love them and are so very thankful for them.

I moved my mother into Oakview Park in May 2019. She loves it there! The staff are so sweet and affectionate towards the residents, which we really appreciated during the long lockdown. They also keep the residents busy with outings and activities, and families are often included. The rooms are big and open and the facility is always clean and inviting. I can focus on my job and I can sleep well at night knowing she is happy and well cared for there. And even though the monthly cost has risen several times during her stay, I think it is more than competitive when compared with similar places.

After spending quite a lot of time touring different communities in the greenville area, We reached out to Anna at Oakview Park. Anna quickly scheduled us for a tour and it was an overall great experience, she did a wonderful job! I went to a violin performance at Oakview, it was absolutely lovely. I could tell the other residents enjoyed themselves and are comfortable there. I highly recommend this place.

I have recently had to move my grandma there and the staff was nothing but welcoming and knowledgeable. The place was spotless and my grandma feels at home! So thankful for Oakview!!

My Mother loves being a resident at Oakview park, been one year. A year ago her health was falling her. She has improved so very much since being at Oakview Park. They have taken very good care of my Mom. She is doing great and her Doctors think so also. We are very pleased and we know now one year ago we made the right decision placing Mom at Oakview park.

The current staff members are wonderful! My mom had a minor dental emergency yesterday and multiple staff members helped her get the care she needed and called me immediately. The bus was used to transport my mom and me to the dentist to get her the medical attention. And they all were genially concerned when we got back to Oakview from the dentist. I have no complaints now at all! The past parent company was very difficult to work with! The improvements that Atlas has made and continue to make are wonderful. The management actually knows the residents by name and know many of their family members by name. The previous management never spoke and when I did get a moment with her, she had no idea who my mom was or any of her specific issues! Shelli and her team know them all by name and know their individual needs. I am so very thankful for this team and how well they are taking care on my mom now. Thank you Atlas!

The staff here is great. When I read other comments, it looks like there may have been issues in the past. I don’t see any of that on my recent visits.
