They took great care of my mother while she was there. The staff are very friendly and were in constant communication with us. The price was extremely reasonable considering the amount/type of care.

My dad is fairly new to the Oaks. We chose this location for him for a number of reasons. 1. The fact that their memory care facility is not an afterthought as many locations. The care put into designing this location to make residents feel at home was important to us. 2. The staff all the way through the facility are caring and treat my dad with the utmost respect, spoil him and pay attention to his specific likes, care needs and personality. 3. Any issues are addressed immediately or within a stated time frame; with appreciation for my feedback. I have breathed a sigh of relief to see my dad so happy here and tickled with the spoiling of him. We made the correct choice and I would highly recommend this location.

I love the oaks. My mom has been with the oaks since Oct 2022. I have no complaints just happy moments. My mom who has dementia would not be as well off as she is if it wasn't for the oaks.

We placed my loved one with the Oaks years ago. I love it so much. The staff is nice. Farrah the activity director is always taking them out and helping them enjoy life. She is a god sent. If you need a memory care facility go see the Oaks. God chose the Oaks for my mother's law years ago and we have never regretted it.

My wife is here and the atmosphere is so pleasant. Music is so joyful. Care is very impressive. Where she came from they made promises but did not follow through but the Oaks are on it. The staff is helpful and very responsive. Blessed and thankful for the Oaks at Chanticleer.

I was very nervous about placing my dad in a facility. He gets turned around so much and he is very busy, always on the go. I wanted a place that he could call home with loving people. The Oaks was the place. They welcomed us and even brought out the red carpet when we arrived. He has been there for less than a month and he fits so well. I can finally sleep at night knowing he is safe, cared for and loved!!

The staff has always been so welcoming from the time I walk in the front door. Jannon goes above and beyond to ensure the residents are taken care of. She is in close communication with the nurse practitioner and home health agency they partner with to address any concerns in order to provide the best care for the residents.

What can I say but kudos!!! It's one thing to have a nice facility and pleasing amenities but without the proper personnel, well...ya just got yourself a pretty building, nothing more. Jannon and the staff at The Oaks at Chanticlear make this a stand out facility. The personal attention to each individual in their care is second to none. I have met quite a few of the fine folks the keep the wheels turning there and they all have a great attitude and really do care about the residents. They are more than patients... they are family and you can see it at every turn. Their caregivers understand that there is so much more than meds and beds to making the residents feel like they are at home... not in a home, and that makes all the difference in the world. So, thanks to everyone who goes the extra mile to make each day a joyful experience for everyone in their care. It matters... it really does.

The Oaks at Chanticleer is a great place. Brittany, Jannon and the rest of the team are AWESOME! They are so patient with the residents and work until very late to ensure everything is fine. My mother was placed at Oaks at Chanticleer in February 2022. It was difficult finding a place that fit her individual needs. But then we found Oaks at Chanticleer. In the beginning it was hard for me. I cared for my Mother 24/7 for 7 years. I struggled. But not because of the place, the staff or the love and respect they give her. She is cared for in every way. The staff is great, I have never had any bad things to say about Oaks at Chanticleer. Everyone is is so nice. It's a blessing to have found somewhere that you don't have to worry about your loved ones.

A really fun community! I love the different areas setup as different parts of our state. The ice cream parlor is a MUST SEE!!! Most importantly, the staff members are very nice and eager to answer any questions!

The staff at The Haven have cared for my Grandfather for the past year...I appreciate all the love & care he has received. Initially we had a hard time deciding where he would live after he was diagnosed with ALZ. A close friend of mine mentioned The Haven...and I'm so thankful he did because the place isn't just a after thought or a building with a locked door. It's a home with a giving staff that pays attention to so many things. I don't know if you've read about this awful disease but I promise you it can be very difficult at times and knowing your loved one is being well taken care of means everything! My Grandfather is one of a kind & every day they make sure he knows that!

I never expected the love and care given to my Mom and I while visiting The Haven. I was so impressed with staffs attention to details. The facility was spotless. The residents happy. Lots of hugs. Would be thrilled to call The Haven home.

Molly, Jenna, Amy, wellness director and especially the nursing staff in Charleston are simply outstanding. They are kind, professional, patient and top notch. My only suggestion is for their day care program (which is marvelous) is that they start earlier like 8:00 am for those caregivers that still work. 9-5 is tough for those of that work and employers have a hard time understanding an employee only working from 9:30 until 4:30. The facility is really great.
