Our mother moved into the Willows of Easley in March 2023. It quickly became her home. The facility is spacious and clean, and the meals are delicious. The activities provided, the front porch sitting, and her visits with her new friends brought her much joy. The management and staff quickly became her extended family. The management is organized, helpful, and caring, and the staff serves with compassion and kindness. They truly loved our mom, and our mom adored them. When we first talked about moving my grandmother to an assisted living facility I felt lost and guilty for even thinking about it. Everyone from Julie to Heather to Laura has made me feel at ease and most importantly made my grandmother feel at home. My Father is living in the Independent Living side at the Willows. We are beyond impressed by the cleanliness, team work, safety, activities, response time when called for assistance, helpfulness, friendliness, and the list goes on. The grounds are kept beautiful, plenty of parking for guests, and we love that they keep tabs on you when you leave and come back into the facility. We also LOVE that there is an on site staff concierge 24/7. They provide emergency pull cords in the bathroom and bedside, along with emergency life alert type pendants for each person. I can’t say enough good things about the Willows. Thank you to the team in keeping my Dad happy and safe.

I can't say enough fantastic things about The Willows and the wonderful people who give their all to make this an exceptional place to live. My parents live at The Willows in independent living, and their move to The Willows has increased their quality of life because of the social engagement with others, the numerous activities offered, and the other onsite services such as physical therapy and medical transportation. It's a difficult decision as a senior to have to leave your house and move into a senior living community, yet The Willows has truly made this a "home" for my parents. From the moment we first toured The Willows, Julie made all of us feel so welcomed. She spent so much time with both me and my parents giving tours, answering questions, and making their subsequent move effortless. Once they moved in, Nikki (the enrichment director) paid special visits to encourage my mom's involvement in the various activities. To top it off, as busy as Nikki is, she also takes the time to send me random notes and pictures of my parents. The dining and kitchen team offers an excellent menu, and my dad calls me many afternoons just to brag about what he had for lunch. If you're looking for that next "home" for yourself or a loved one, The Willows should definitely be your first stop.

The staff, my neighbors, and the food here are the best! Our Veterans' memorial garden is my most favorite place to sit and feel refreshed. The grounds are always kept clean. Niki in activities keeps us laughing and having a good time. We go on so many interesting trips. The Willows is home.

If you are looking for a warm, homey, well-run place to live, The Willows of Easley is the place to be. The staff show residents they care about them in so many ways both big and small. Because it is a smaller community of residents than some of those huge, posh, perfectly sterile places, residents get way more one-on-one attention from staff members. I give it five stars!

My parents are living in the Independent Living side at the Willows. They have only lived here a few weeks, but, we are beyond impressed by the cleanliness, team work, safety, quality and quantity of the food, activities, response time when called for assistance, helpfulness, friendliness, and the list goes on. The Willows has been a very easy place to work with and transition to. My father was very hesitant to move into senior living but has adapted and loves it here. The staff has been very accommodating and bent over backwards to make us feel like this is home. We could not be any happier and if anyone is looking for senior living facility, you should consider The Willows in Easley.

We're so thankful for the staff at the Willows and to have my mother in law and father in law together! They always keep us in the loop and reach out if anything is needed! They go above and beyond making sure we are kept up to date and keeping the visitation open, safely, with keeping a clean, safe, happy atmosphere! My mother had no trouble at all adjusting to assisted living at The Willows. My mother had lived alone at her home since my dad passed away, but when she became weak and fell and wasn't able to get up, she and I both realized it wasn't safe for her to live alone anymore and we also knew I wasn't able physically to take care of her because of my own health issues. She went to rehab to gain enough strength to be able to go to assisted living and while she was there my husband and I began looking at assisted living facilities. We met with the marketing director at the Willows, as well as talking to some of the other employees and the nurse. Everyone was very friendly, kind, and helpful. We knew The Willows was where we wanted mama to be. All the staff members have been very kind and pleasant as they assist mama and the other residents. Everyone I've talked to has had positive comments about the experience their family members had at The Willows. I would recommend The Willows to anyone that needs assisted living.

We were impressed with The Willows from the moment we entered the community, we were greeted by three staff members and were immediately offered refreshments. The place is well kept together, smells nice, has a good activity calendar and very caring employees who seem to enjoy taking care of the residents. Will most definitely recommend this location to our clients without hesitation.

The staff at the Willows have been incredible in taking care of my mother's needs. Her time there has been both healthy and happy, as they have not only taken care of her physically, but made her feel engaged in a community where she is appreciated and loved. They have also been excellent in communicating any issues with me and facilitating so many day-to-day things like interactions with doctors and pharmacies, etc.

The staff of the Willows have been excellent and cared for my Mom with love and kindness The workers were always friendly and helpful. My Mom passed away recently, but the staff was still very helpful and went out of their way to make sure my family and I had all we needed. I cant say enough about their thoughtfulness and concern for my Mom and my family. Thank you everyone at the Willows.

I have been a referral source for the Willows for nearly 3 years. There staff is the most compassionate, caring group of individuals you could ever meet. There loving attitudes towards their residents is like no other facility I have visited. This has been such a challenging time for residents that have limited contact with their family due to COVID-19. The Willows staff has certainly stepped up and filled a huge void. Our aunt, mother and father have all resided at the Willows and it has been a great place for them. The leadership and staff, from front desk to kitchen to nursing have all been wonderful. Our family has been treated with care, respect and diligence. The facility is always clean and welcoming. The activities are creative and engaging and the food is excellent. The nursing staff are always working hard and very attentive. We are truly blessed to have the Willows as a second home for our loved ones.

My beloved mother has been at The Willows of Easley for 2 1, 2 years. It was an adjustment for the whole family, and mom took some time to settle in. Now, shes so comfortable there that when we take her out (pre-pandemic) she is anxious to get back home. The staff is exceptional and we are so grateful to have them caring for mom. Their pandemic precautions have been thorough, while frustrating for all, and we appreciate everyones caution in keeping the residents safe and comfortable. We couldnt ask for more.

Our mother is 92 years old and how fortunate we are in this area to have a place like the Willows. I cannot begin to tell you how excited we are. The associates that work in this facility are some of the kindest people you will meet. Me and my three siblings visit our mother each week. We have no set day so we pop in unannounced and are always greeted with a smile and never felt her needs were not being met. We have such a peace of mind knowing that she is in a nice, clean, loving atmosphere and we know she is being taken care of.

They have been especially helpful during the Covid-19 pandemic which has been very difficult on everyone especially the residents. They treat the residents as if they are their family members. My 90 year old Mom has lived at the Willows for over a year and a half now. We are very grateful to have found such a kind and caring community in Easley. The food is very good, the atmosphere is homey, clean and comfortable, and the building and grounds are well cared for. The Staff are warm and friendly and the Administration strives to assure high quality living, incorporating feedback from both residents and families. The Willows has done a commendable job of navigating the COVID pandemic despite all the challenges it presents for this vulnerable population.

Our family has had nothing but wonderful experiences with this facility. We have utilized independent living as well as assisted living. My grandmother, father, and mother-in-law were all well taken care of and enjoyed living here. The staff pays attention to a residents needs and does a great job communicating with the family. Weve always enjoyed the food when we would visit. It is and will always be my first choice for independent and assisted living.
