The therapy works with you and are very helpful when it comes to exercise. The nurses and aides are friendly and helpful, some are very compassionate. They seem to understand where I'm at physically and mentally.

I can't say enough good things about the entire team at Compass!! The facility is clean and odorless. Staff is friendly and welcoming. The therapy team is amazing!!! It's unbelievable the progress they have been able to make with my mother. The care providers are wonderful and provide excellent care. Compass Post Acute Rehab is truly one of the nicest facilities I have ever been in. I've had many family members in other facilities no where near as nice. You walk in and it doesn't smell like a nursing home/Rehab. From admissions all the way to discharge are helpful people working with you to get you better and home safely. Not to mention the helpfulness of everyone willing to pitch in and work together. I would defiantly request Compass Post Acute for myself or any of my family members.

The facility is understaffed which contributes to poor patient care. Most of the staff is very professional. Patience and understanding is not always shown. No patient should be made to feel ashamed, which my husband's experience. Bandages which should have been changed, were not changed for several days. The staff functions adequately, but is not sufficiently staffed to provide quality patient care. The facility needs more RNs and LPNs on staff. We need to do better.

My Grandma was a recent patient there and from the gal in admissions to the discharge planner everyone was professional and courteous. They were very knowledgeable and explained how Medicare worked every step of the way. Not sure why anyone would say a bad word about Raymond he was very kind to us when we had the opportunity to meet him. I would highly recommend this place for short term rehab.

The facility looks very clean, some rooms are dated but they are constantly cleaning and painting to keep things looking nice. The team is very experienced with rehabilitation patients from the hospital, and the fact that they now have access to a physician 24/7 has really been a nice addition

I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone needing short term rehab. The facility is clean with no lingering odors, the staff was friendly and caring, and the therapy services were excellent. From admission to discharge our experience was a delight!

My aunt was recently here. I got to visit her a few times and I was impressed with what I experienced. She was well taken care of, each time I visited the staff were so attentive and caring. The facility was in nice shape- they have made updates and there were people cleaning and keeping everything looking nice. She was very happy with her stay!

I would love to share the experience my guy received from Compas. He had the best aids taken care of him. Stephanie, Tiffany and Freddie were the best, also nurse Ginger. I don't think the PT dept played a good role in getting him better. The place was kept clean and never smelled like a nursing home. I heard the food was bad but he never had a bad meal.

My father was there for three weeks and the staff took good care of him. When I spoke with front desk, they were very pleasant and addressed any needs I requested for my father. I want to thank all of the staff for a job well done.

I was here for broken hip that got infected. The nurses and aide's were all very good to me and there were times I was frustrated and took it out on them, but I tried to apologize as it would bother me if I didn't. I have trouble remembering all the names of the nurses and the cna's. Brittany is my favorite, she just has a way about her that is calming and she really knows her nursing. Erin, Night nurse Nicole. Chrissy, and any nurse that I forgot, you all helped me immensely, unit manager Nicole and Cathy who took care of my appointment were great. I would definitely come back if needed

My mom at 90 broke her hip. Had to stay for about two weeks. Because of covid-19, we were not allowed to see her except through the window at first. Then restrictions lifted some and we could see her outside. Though the staff seems ok, the service was not. My poor mom who called with the button to use the bathroom would time and time again not been gotten to so she had to wet herself. Her roommate spoke with me after she was released because my mom is too sweet to say anything. Nor she wouldn't want to cause a wave . I spoke with Raymond about this and was supposed to have a meeting and speak to the staff of the issue.

My daddy is currently here for rehabilitation. When we walked in here, you couldn't tell it was a nursing home/ rehabilitation center. It smelled/ smells GREAT! The first day, the staff understood the emotions we had and showed empathy. They shared their stories of their loved ones being in similar situations like daddy. I understand their system because I'm allowed to ask questions & I get answers back. I can't leave out the cafeteria & custodians.... nor their rehabilitation center. Reading previous reviews & what I'm experiencing now is like night & day! I highly recommend this place.

I was pleasantly surprised and greatly blessed by the staff. Front the front desk to the administrator, my mother/ family were treated with highest regards! The facility is undergoing renovations, but the care is top-notch! The nursing staff and physical therapy paid attention to my Mother's needs(which is essential) after having a stroke and loosing your independence. The staff operates like an extension of family, making a very difficult time bearable. No one wants to leave their loved in the care of a facility, but Compass' caring staff members allowed me to sleep soundly at night. I am a nurse and my observations are different than others. My Mom is my only living parent and dear to my entirety. I would use there services again for her and my other family in this area. Sidenote, the renovations are coming along very nicely too

I hated the idea of even visiting a nursing home, much less working at one or having a loved one in care. Compass is truly something special. The therapy staff is unbelievable, and the recent upgrades have been so great! All the old carpet and flooring was removed, with really sleek new wood floors in place. The kitchen was given the state's only score of 100% on their annual review and offers a variety of options to accommodate different tastes, including family members when they come to visit. The administrator and department heads listen to feedback and make changes as soon as possible. Anyone who doubts it is welcome to drop in and visit whenever they like! PS: "Tara Wiloughby" is a disgruntled former employee who often told people she liked to post fake reviews under that pseudonym.

Ed Huff asked to return to Compass Rehab after a stay at Conway Medical Center because he said they treated him well. His rehab may have been interrupted but he is confident it will continue to help him return to a more active lifestyle.

Compass Post Acute Rehab is a five star rehab facility. Excellent and caring staff. The Rehab staff will work very hard with you to get better and return home as quickly as possible. If you need Rehab then this is the best place you could choose.
