My sister was signed up to move to the Harmony before it was constructed. I have been pleased with the facility, and am quite aware of the need for fees to rise, but perhaps these annual increases should be done in accordance with inflation. Staff, especially Nikki has been great!! It would be hard to consider my sister residing at the Harmony without Nikki on staff, because she means that much to my sister and our entire family!! Overall, I have been very satisfied!!

My mother-in-law became a resident at Harmony in 2018. Always an independent person before her accident, this was a different experience for her. She was immediately met with a wonderful , calming reception from the staff. This alleviated our and of course her anxieties. The staff are the ultimate professionals. They are always kind and caring. They strive to meet her needs. They provide a safe haven which is mandatory in these situations. They help to maintain her emotional and mental health which keeps her stimulated and strengthens her physically. It provides that balance which is very much needed. My mother loves Harmony! The staff is friendly and engaging. My mother counts the staff as her friends. During COVID the staff at Harmony loved on my mother when I could not. It was so kind to receive pictures of Mom.

If you want a home for a family member where the residents are the first priority, you will want to move to Harmony. Each and every person we have encountered has been helpful, exceptionally knowledgeable, and willing to answer questions. We are thankful for the loving ways the staff members have been caring for mom, even when she doesnt feel well or is in a cranky mood. It was worth the move in the midst of the virus to makesure mom is happy. Thankful for this wonderful place.

I helped move my in-laws into the Harmony last week! They were from another state and didnt have an opportunity to tour ahead of time. Their first impressions of the community and staff have been outstandingly positive! In the months prior to the move, Ive dealt with team members from all departments. Im a 30-year veteran healthcare administrator and have been the Executive Director of many very similar facilities. So far, the Harmony team and community have exceeded my expectations in every way! Beautiful facility and well priced.Polite, friendly and helpful staff and Administration. Cant believe other facilities that are old and run down charge higher fees.Look around carefully before choosing for your loved one. Highly recommend Harmony.

Although my loved one will enter a skilled nursing facility, the staff have been generous with their time & advice during this long journey. I began my search more than a yr. ago & seriously considered The Crossings for several reasons: chief among those reasons is Joshua Bigby, SalesMarketing Director. His knowledge, patience, and most of all his compassion, are just a few of his admirable qualities. I never felt any pressure; rather he told me more than once, that my loved ones needs were paramount, & I should take all the time I needed to make this important decision. I also am impressed by Nikki, the receptionist, whose calm demeanor, genuine friendliness, & skill in multi-tasking is nothing short of amazing. I didnt have the opportunity to get to know Antonio, Memory Care Director, but if first impressions count, he is a valuable asset to their staff. Therefore, in my view, The Crossings should be high on the list of family mbrs. considering placement for their loved ones.

I absolutely love the crossings. Have had my Mother in a few different facilities. They are so attentive, caring and completely real. It doesnt matter what time of day or night I walk into the crossings, they are always Giving and caring too the residents . Always clean, and a very caring compassionate place. I thank God everyday for guiding me to The Crossings in Columbia.Thank you for all you do.

Amazing staff and caring environment with lots of activities and outings for residents. My mother loves her new apartment, and has made many new friends since she moved in 6 months ago. The food is very good with healthy options available daily. Cant say enough about this place!
