I had the opportunity to tour this facility and meet the some of the staff. It was a non-scheduled meeting. Although my mother chose a place closer to home, I must say this place seems like it would have been a perfect fit for her. This place is very clean and orderly. The staff was awesome!

Terra Bella is the perfect place for my sister. Her room is birght and always clean. The staff really care about the residents. They are friendly and go ovet and above to meet the resident's needs. I highly recommmend this facility.

My mother is very happy at Terra Bella, where she has lived for the past two years. The staff is caring and kind to everyone. She especially enjoys the activities with the ever smiling and fun Rachel. And about once a week the Director, Kevin McGraw, plays guitar for the residents. Mom loves requesting old familiar tunes. The residents enjoy celebrating every holiday with some sort of festivity. The food is good, the library is stocked with lots of books and the atmosphere is very comfortable. I recommend Terra Bella.

My mother chose Terra Bella at Windsor Lake two years ago. We love the friendly environment where the residents all receive special attention from the staff. My mother plays bridge, enjoys the library and special activities. They continue to make upgrades and keep facilities well maintained. I highly recommend this retirement community for independent living..

My aunt lives here since Nov 2019 and LOVES it! Its a beautiful facility, but the truly special thing about The Waterford is the staff! They are so loving, so concerned about the residents. In the current crisis, they are very proactive and protective of The Waterford family!

From our first visit to The Waterford we knew it was the best place for mom. The staff are all caring and dedicated. Its an older building, but after searching several places around Columbia I learned that the staff is more important than bells and whistles. Mom has been a resident for one year and is very happy.

Grandfather moved here from upper Michigan to be in warmer weather and near his daughter who had moved away. Hes been here since 2006 and has, to my knowledge, never had amy problems or complaints.

Excellent community for seniors. I have helped many people settle in to Waterford and am proud to do so. The food is excellent and convenient - residents may dine any time in a two hour window for each meal. The rooms are spacious and well designed. And I respect the management team, who are caring and professional - especially the sales director Charlene!
