My dad attends PSC PACE of Laurel. These are pics of his legs. My dad has dementia and Alzheimer's. He is 83. It is like talking to a brick wall from the physicians, Nurse Practitioners, RNs. I took my dad to the emergency room for a second opinion regarding the swelling in his legs, specifically his right leg. The ER physician diagnoses was that his leg was becoming infected with Cellulitis. The physician at this ER prescribed an antibiotic for my dad to take and I sent the prescription to PSC PACE Laurel and the physician destroyed the prescription according to a letter sent to me. A month later, PSC PACE Physician decided to wrap my dad's legs but this should have been done 4 weeks prior after the ER visit. They were not happy about me taking my dad to the ER and they want to control who he gets a second opinion from. They want to arrange getting a second opinion from a physician of their choice. The last time I checked, this is The United States of America, and if I want to get a second, third or fourth opinion, I nor my dad should be Penalized for seeking a professional opinion outside of PSC PACE. I went through this exact same thing last year.

The drivers were very courteous fast and friendly doing a great job they seem to care about the patients. Miss Connie mr. Steve mr. Randy mr. Cyrus and there's a young guy that looks like TI he's very fast Pleasant all of them were good
