I just moved in about 2 weeks ago and I love it, the staff is super nice and cares about the tenants, they are always willing to help, and the people here are very nice as well, very blessed to live here, I'm 68 yrs old, The building is pet friendly and is for people 62 and older, the rooms are big

This is a rent subsidized apartment building for seniors age 62 and older with 3 two bedroom units and 72 one bedroom units. Residents get free cable TV and 40 pounds of free food each month. Currently there is a five years wait for an apartment. Management takes good care of the building and the residents however some of the residents are inconsiderate to others. It is located in the downtown historic area in a safe neighborhood.
