Ensure you get their policies up front. Transparency is not part of their program. The only agency I know in over 16 years that expects a quadriplegic with no use of her hands to give her own medicine to herself. Even her case manager from the head and spinal cord injury waiver program was awestrucked by this requirement. Coordinated team effort would most likely have averted this. Though if you private pay the sky is the limit on what they will do for a client but apparently the waiver programs are not.

As a board-certified independent patient advocate, I've observed conscientious application of high ethical standards. This company excels exceptionally, meeting and even surpassing expectations in their service delivery. Diane, the caregiver, is truly amazing, demonstrating impeccable professionalism in her role. Furthermore, Teri, the nurse, is consistently present and incredibly skilled at her work, assuring you of excellent healthcare service. Teri is pretty phenomenal. Lastly, the owner, Pam, is very accessible, making sure to maintain an open line of communication and ensuring that all clients' needs are catered to. Overall, this company demonstrates consistent high-quality performance in all of their operations. As an independent patient advocate, I receive no incentives or kickbacks from any service providers. My observations and feedback are solely based on my firsthand experiences and the level of care provided to my clients.
