Amazing staff, The Director goes above and beyond to be helpful! The food is fantastic with many choices. The activities Director is energetic and fun!! We look forward to the next karaoke session!! The facility is sparkling clean & newly decorated with a beautiful Low country design. They take care of everything and made life so easy for our family. I was recently hired to be the Life Enrichment Coordinator. It's been the best work experience! I'm so blown away by how hands- on the whole management team is! I've never seen an ED so involved with the residents and activities. There is nothing we wont do to make our residents lives as fun, rich, and rewarding as we can.

We love Bloom at Belfair. My mother in law moved in last May, in the height of the COVID-19 pandemic due to a cross country move. She loves the food, and the staff have been so kind and accommodating to her needs. The activities staff gives her so much positive attention. We love that she is able to have her primary care manager visit her AT her apartment, and also her PT and OT! They helped her figure out better habits for mobility challenges and noticed all of what she can do - they really are serious about helping elders bloom.While it is hard to make a big transition, and the COVID-19 quarantine rules were difficult for both staff and for family members, the Bloom staff were professional, friendly and communicated well. Because she lives there, she was vaccinated against COVID already (first week of January), and she will get the second dose soon. This is a good and caring facility. Best of all, they reminded US that we need to focus on what Mom CAN do, not on all the things she no longer is able to do. We needed to hear that.

Marks Mom passed away on February 9 at the Bloom ALF in St. Petersburg. We send a heartfelt thank you to the staff of the memory care staff at Bloom. You filled her last months with laughter and love. Mark and I will be eternally grateful for your kindness.

My parents, both 96, are safelytucked in in assisted living at Bloom at Hilton Head and today, january 8th, are receiving the first of two Covid vaccine shots. While these times have been challenging, the staff at Bloom has done a wonderful job in keeping the facility safe and making my parents feel welcome. We are grateful for the help they have been to our family.

The new General Manager Jeff is doing a great job with changing the culture in the community. He is dedicated to his residents and staff to hear them and make a difference. He is in this field for all the right reasons, with his caring attitude towards all residents and staff his presence is proving to be hugely impactful.

I have the privilege of working with the memory care residents of Bloom at Belfair. As the Actvities Director, I get to enjoying my time with them as we play games, take trips, and just being there for them as we celebrate life. When I started I wanted to enrich their lives, but never expected how much they would also enrich mine. Knowing I help to put a smile on their faces brightens my day.

No one wants their parent to have to go away from their home, but should it happen The Bloom is a great place to live. The staff is really good, helpful and caring. My mother is there now and has been for nearly a year and she is satisfied and seemingly happy and then Im happy if she is happy.
