I have lived here over 10 years and it was a mess before the new owners took over. They remodeled the whole building top to bottom.They gave us new appliances as well.It wasn't safe or clean here before now it is. The owners and management are very nice and respectful.

I would like to give my personal review about my apartment at Curtis Arms I would like to say that the property Manager is very likable and kind also very pretty. I also want to state that the Maintenance guy is doing a terrify jobs take care the whole building and most of my neighbors are all very good.

I would recommend this apartment complex. It's clean, friendly and secure. Has its rules just like every other complex but its for your benefit. Nice size apartment and recently renovated.

I lived there for eight years I moved out because I thought I wanted to go to the country now I am waiting patiently to get back in the building it is unbelievable they did a really nice job Five star plus medical building right beside the house plenty of parking

the building has been sold! they're re-doing all of the apartments and fumigating from top to bottem... wish us luck with this new company New update: this place has done a 360 the apartments are newly refinished, new windows,the hallways look awesome. It's still a work in progress but it's getting there. Thank you to Justice and the crews! The new leadership in and out of the office is very respectful thank you Georgeann and Kayla its all ways a pleasure. Can't wait for the new things to come, gretchen
