I've been here since 2019 and I've never seen such a young manager. Like the one we have today. And she's very calm, but she really does address tenants' concerns. She's earned the respect of the residents. It was like an angel arrived in the building. Before, you couldn't sleep; when you went outside, there were people who didn't live here gathered outside all day. Now you don't see so many users inside or around the building. Packages and purchases no longer disappear. How did she manage it in two months? I don't know. There's still a little room for improvement, but she'll succeed.
