This is an outstanding facility in every way. The entire staff is attentive, patient and kind- from the first encounter with compassionate admissions, to receptionist, housekeeping, nursing, dietary, physical therapy. We are very grateful a space was open for our father’s second rehab admission. 12/18/2025 Since writing this review a few years ago, our family has been blessed to have the Courtyard at Tockwotton on the Waterfront become "home" to our mother. Our father passed away, mom needed a safe place to rest her head. When we spoke with the most caring, compassionate, kind and understanding Monica in Admissions learning that mom's journey to home was about to become reality, we "jumped" at the opportunity. This facility is extraordinary in every way! Being greeted by Renee, you feel such a sense of connection and care...""How is your mom doing?" Where do you get this level of community? Tockwotton!! The staff that cares for her on a daily basis are true heroes. Imagine caring for a person day in and out with memory concerns. These individuals are priceless! Tockwotten is a safe haven for residents and their families alike. With deep and abiding appreciation for this facility. My parents joined the Tockwotton on the Waterfront community just over a year go. My mother is in memory care and my father resides in regular assisted living. My father has also received services from Bold Point physical therapy on site. I visit almost every day, and I can say without reservation, that the staff sincerely cares about my parents (and my family too). The housekeeping crew, kitchen staff, CNAs, med techs, nurses, and physical therapists are great! The management is professional and helpful, and the living units are lovely. The building and grounds are meticulously maintained. My parents enjoy the live music provided regularly, in addition to multiple activities provided by a phenomenal and energetic activites team. The culinary team works diligently to provide the residents a variety of healthy meals and also host wonderful gatherings including an annual clambake, and holiday gatherings, which we have throughly enjoyed! President Kevin McKay and Administrator Michaela McKay are exceptional! There is no doubt that they are dedicated to ensuring the well-being of their residents. I am thankful and so fortunate to have such a wonderful support system!

A great spot that feels luxury. Cute patio spot. Nice reading room. I’ve come here a few times and haven’t seen the rooms yet while visiting them but the main way is so nice. My mother is very picky and likes the staff here so they’re probably great. Fancy coffee machine included which makes it fun to visit lol

The facility has many beautiful community spaces perfect for enjoying nature and the company of neighbors. The views from the front windows are gorgeous. Bold Point Rehab is the premier rehabilitation center for hope and healing. We had been to four other rehabilitation centers and he got better after one week here with the attentive care of staff and cheerful help! All rehabilitation centers should be this excellent!

The perfect environment for anyone to be rehabilitated. The facility is spotless, the resources they provide for short term rehabilitation are perfect for my husbands needs at this time. The patient menu was very impressive. Physical therapy is seven days a week which is just what my husband needs and there is a library and media room . Very impressed!

Transferred my mom here from out of state to finish rehab for a non-operative pelvic fracture. Everyone especially the PT/OTs are wonderful, kind and patient. It was such a good experience that my mom is moving into an assisted living apartment there

I went to visit my sister-in-law who is on 3rd floor. She has Alzheimer’s. She seemed so comfortable and everyone was so pleasant. So even though my sister-in-law is non talking we had a nice visit with brother-in-law.

Great facilities and very well kept, nice CNAs and nursing—but that’s where the good news ends. Food is sub-par, they’re understaffed in key areas, management not good— very hands off and no idea what’s going on with the residents unless there an issue, no medical director or staff doctor, minimal activities (nothing off site like theatre or shopping), and stealing is a big issue.

I recently spent two hours with some of the residents of Tockwotton, giving them Reiki with essential oils . The residents were very receptive and responded very favorably to the therapy. Tockwotton is very clean and the staff was very helpful. All in all it was a great experience for me as a Reiki therapist. Thank you for the opportunity to serve your residents. I went to visit a friend and having had several visits recently for family members at other assisted living/nursing homes, I did not know what to expect. What an amazing and pleasant surprise to see the beautiful interior common area spaces and my friend's room! In addition, I was very impressed with the very attentive, responsive staff I met, however briefly, during my visit.

I recently spent two weeks at the Bold Point Rehab center at Tockwotton at the beginning of the COVID-19 crisis. The care I received was outstanding; respectful, professional and caring. From the medical and nursing staff to the PT and OT staff to the kitchen and housekeeping staff I received only the most caring and helpful attention. But what really struck me was the loving, patient, caring and wonderful way in which other, seriously incapacitated residents were cared for by the staff. You can be proud of the entire staff. I would recommend you to anyone seeking a safe, well managed and professionally staffed facility.
