I have found Shoreside to a very pleasent place to be. I have met quite a number of other residents, and all have been very friendly and affable. I have not experienced any manner of disrespect. It’s quiet. Some walk their small pets. For me, It’s all very pleasent. Management have all been very friendly, kind, and helpful. I think I will enjoy living in this peaceful place for a looooong time to come.

Ever since "name removed" took over the elevators were out. 1 elevator for parts for 15 weeks which you can not do in hud. If you need parts the company who owns ir has to pay for a hotel room for anyone who cant get around and if there health is bad and they cant make it. I know for s fact that is the pha rule. This manager "name removed" also has no respect for privacy rules. She gossips continually with residents and speaks to everyone with door wide open with elderly and disabled people with everyone can hear . She also has favorites were they dir on the bench while during business hrs. This same resident in which the manager will hand her papers to bring to other residents. Jow this resident does have a record.and was caught with a package but the manager not do a thing. Then she wasnt paying attention who she let in. So now you roaches and bedbugs. Theu have sprayed several times in the laundry room. This is just a warning. To be honest they have videos taping too so im sure everything is on it. Just be aware the other manager was great prior to jenn

This place is not a good place to live. I had a lot of issues going on when I lived there in the early to middle 2000's. Thank the good lord I left.
