My father was there for 3 weeks and that was enough!! My dad was excepted at creekside meadows with his known conditions. [name removed] told us that my dad had to leave because office of aging told her he had to leave because she didn’t have proper paper work and he was needing skilled care. We told them we were already looking because it was bad there!! [name removed] knew his care level and also got paper work showing her his care needs. He did not get good care!!! He was reprimanded for hitting his call button and asking for things. They want people there to just stay in there rooms and keep there mouth shut. We were promised baths and received 1 lol. My mother bathed my dad because they didn’t and [name removed] reprimanded my mother for doing that. It’s was like walking on egg shells there honest truth!! Very bad situation being there. We were already in process finding a new place when office of aging came and investigating neglect from other residents. My mother paid for the whole month and we left needing a week and a half reimbursement. Never got it!!! I called few times and always an excuse!! Bad place

Staff is amazing! So compassionate, and as a medical professional, the care provided is the best you will find in this area. I would take my own family here.

It's hard to express in words how grateful I am to the lovely owners of creek meadows. Randy and Denise are fabulous people. They have huge hearts and really care about their guests they have staying with them in their home. It's so family oriented. If your worried about your loved ones and your not too keen on homes for the elderly, this place is perfect! So much care and love is shown. I can sleep soundly knowing Denise and her family are there. .truly wonder people ! I wish I could give more than 5 stars!

Fantastic small family run personal care home. No bells and whistles. My aunt is treated like a member of the family, she has her own private room and is very well cared for.

Small private senior care facility. Excellent care provided to the patients, very clean, no bad smells, quiet surroundings, an airport close by provides some interesting observations from a large deck. Patients can pursue hobbys such as jewelry making, as an example, of various handicrafts.
