I Have A Pleasurable Experience Renting Here At The Kingstown House It Is A Non Profit Building The Apartments Are Fairly Nice They Are Hud Apartments I Lived Here Going On 3 Years On Rare Occasions I Interacted With The Staff They Are Friendy And Professional And When Needed Maintenance Always Takes Care Of Issues In A Timely Manner They Do Allow One Small Pet With A Security Deposit Pay Your Rent On Time And Your Apartment Clean You Won,t Have Any Problems Living Here Shirley Gladfelt

LOTS OF FLOODING. CRIME IS MOVING UP OUR WAY. SHOULD HAVE SECURITY GUARD. LOVE MY APARTMENT BUT NEEDS IMPROVEMENT. CARPETS IN MY APARTMENT ARE EXTREMELY OLD AND UNSANITARY. CUPBOARDS ARE OLD AND COULD BE REPLACED. MADE OF FIBERBOARD. YOU CAN PEEL THE PAPER OFF CUPBOARD DOORS. MANAGEMENT ARE KIND AND CARING! WHEN THERE'S AN EMERGENCY MAINTENANCE IS ON TOP OF THINGS.

My experience was with the "GK" . Anyone who could be so rude should not be answering telephones. Nor would I recomend anyone living somewhere where the staff has such a bad attituded.
