[Name removed] is a crook! he does not honor his contract with you. my mother and brother are owed the refundable admission fee when he closed his assisted living home and would not even discuss the refund. he will not respond to me , my attorney or the better business bureau in PA.

The Director of this home is dishonest and runs it by the seat of his pants. My Mother and Brother lived in Willow View 2016-2021, they paid a large admission fee ($22,000) that was supposed to be refundable when you leave. Mike Reinhardt closed the home they were in and would not even discuss the refund of admission fee, not to me, my attorney or the better business bureau. Check the Better business bureau for the report. In addition, they almost killed my mother by mixing up her medication and giving her another residents medication. She was hospitalized for weeks and almost died. I would search for another option before I would ever recommend this place for my loved ones.

Mike and his staff are very patient and caring- my mom was only there six weeks due circumstances beyond anyone’s control but they were amazing during her stay. Highly recommend.

The owner, Mike, was very helpful and friendly. I moved my unhealthy father from South Carolina. This was all new to me and I didn't know where to begin. Mike assisted me any way he could and made the process much better. Unfortunately, because of health reasons, my dad's stay wasn't long.. however while there the staff was friendly and professional. I would recommend Willow View to my family and friends if the need ever arose. The house feels like home.
