It's difficult to be fair when it was my brother, the patient...he is a challenging person to please..I felt they needed more help up there..and food was not that tasty

Care goes from good to bad and back. Same with food. Same with workers. Some great. Some not good. They are not following science on masks. It's like a religion. Even if you have COPD and can't breathe through mask, they don't care. Even with antibodies and vax, they don't care.
