Bristol House is by far the best memory care facility you could put your loved one in. The staff are beyond attentive to the residents. They are constantly interacting with the residents and their families. The building is immaculate and bright and decorated making you feel very welcome. Our family has a peace knowing our loved one is in their care. We had to move our loved on from another facility due to neglect. Working with Nathan and Esther made the transition so smooth. We are so blessed that our loved one is now safe and well cared for.

My mom lived at Bristol House Memory Care for 15 months until she passed of a sudden medical condition. She was a real individual and special person, and I know Bristol House caringly supported her this way. My mom loved to spend time in her room and only somewhat participated in the group activities. Bristol House's appreciation of my mon's preferences helped her to have a positive and valuable stay there. In so many ways, the caring leadership led by Nathan Benoit, the executive director, and the nursing supervisors, created a special environment for my mom to spend her last days. I am so grateful for them for this.

My parents have both been residents at Bristol House for about a week and a half. So far, so good! The owner and the executive director are extremely attentive and caring to my parents needs. They make the effort to talk to the residents and find out what would make them happy. The staff are very concerned about the residents needs. Ive popped in almost every day since the move and my parent are never alone. They are always surrounded by staff. My father is very high needs and demands a lot of attention. The other day, he literally had four people at once helping him in the bathroom. He has not complained at all about the care he is receiving, and that speaks volumes! The place is beautiful and there are lots of spots for families to come visit and hang out with their loved ones. Everyone has been very communicative when there have been any sort of difficulty. Im impressed so farUpdate: My parents have been living at Bristol House for over a year now. I have nothing but good things to say about the facility. My parents receive good care and get the attention they need. Its been extremely difficult during COVID because due to state guidelines, we have not been allowed inside for visits. Despite this, we have been able to have window visits and garden visits. When I look through the window, the residents are always gathered together in the main room and doing activities with the staff. The staff understand dementia and are very good at calming my mother down when she gets upset. The owner and executive director have gone above and beyond to help my family on many occasions and we are grateful for Bristol House!

My mom has been a resident here for nearly two months and we are very happy with her care. The staff is attentive and really looks out for her. It is a state-of-the-art facility with local owners always on site - and you dont get that in most other places. I had worried the place was too new but my mom gets plenty of extra attention as the community grows. I did a lot of research to find the right place and am glad we found our way to Bristol House!

I know someone who has their mother there and has been very happy with it. I went there for a tour and was so impressed that they took the time to go out and buy a basketball hoop and ball for a gentleman that wanted to leave all the time. They took the time to find out what he loved and they got it for him. Now he does not want to leave because they gave him purpose and made it feel like home. They can do this kind of thing because they are locally owned and not part of a big chain. The staff person wanting the hoop just called up and asked the owner and it was done in one day. The owner and people involved in this venture are all in and really do want to make a difference and help these people. It is not just about money to them. Im so happy to see this place open. We really need it. Look for the sign on Bristol Road or you will miss it. It is set back off the road a bit which is great for the residents.

Really nice place. But who writes a review about themselves and answers it. Honestly could just be a mistake. But I actually know thier ED and Dow. This isnt something that they would of done. Good people working there, but owner needs to trust people that he hires. I work there awhile ago and was trying to apply back there. But if the owner is doing things like this. Then Ill stay away. Thanks.

My dad has lived at Bristol House for just about 4 months. I could not be happier with the care provided. The staff are incredible and the leaders, including the owner, are visible, involved, and invested. Having a loved one with dementia is extremely difficult. You want them to be safe, healthy, and happy, however you cant be with them all of the time. You have to have trust in the people caring for your loved one. I got a good vibe from the Bristol House from the moment I took the tour. The staff at Bristol House were so welcoming, friendly, and honest. I took my dad to see the facility as well and he said I feel like they already know me. Since my dad has been there, I always find him clean, groomed, dressed well, smelling nicely, fed (even added on some happy pounds), and participating in activities. When I visit, I can simply visit with him and enjoy our time together. The other residents also appear healthy and happy. The facility is beautiful, new, clean, inviting, and big. There are plenty of places to hang out comfortably. Bristol House has also handled the pandemic extremely well. Early on, they limited visitors and then quickly eliminated visitors. Every one of the residents has remained safe and healthy and they have maintained connection with families by using FaceTime and allowing window visits. I honestly cannot say enough positive things about the Bristol House! I feel so lucky to have my dad there!

Our clinical partnership with Bristol House Memory Care is is excellent. Their core staff is an experienced and caring group who go above and beyond for their residents and healthcare partners. The Executive Director always takes the time to meet with me formally or informally and his past experience as a caregiver is evident in his approach to everyone he encounters. This approach to care trickles down to the entire staff who is always willing to listen and help in anyway possible. The nurse and caregivers are wonderful and they go the extra mile to discuss a new residents therapy needs. They are always willing to learn new techniques to better manage the individual needs of their residents. Hope this review is helpful for those want to learn more about Bristol House Memory Care.

Call and got to actually talk to the staff there and hearing that they will be opening around the end of January, But they are taking calls and giving information. My grandma is in need of a place and they are only memory care. So my grandma will see a doctor to see what place type she needs. But honestly if she needs memory care Im taking her to Bristol House. They are very open to working with you and taking time to talk about more then just money or when can you move in. I tour 5 other places and it steams like thats all they care about. I really feel like Bristol House wants to know the resident first and what the family member is looking for. So really hopeful that she can move in there. They are running a special for the first 10 residents. So I know I got some time, but not a lot. So for all the other seekers out there. I would really look into Bristol House. Thanks for reading.

A beautiful facility that shows safety and kindness are their priority!All doors secured, central court yard for outside times and setback off road for better patient views.Kind, compassionate staff help patients in their individual rooms. Warmth is felt from first moment in the doors and greeting from staff!

Was looking for a place for my mom and talk to a girl Name Jessica and she was given me more information about this place and steams like they are opening at the end of January. Also looks like they will have big safe bathrooms and private rooms. Also got a chance to talk to the ED Nathan and he knows so much about memory care. Things that even I thought was a eye opener. Their outlook on memory care and actually care is different from the other memory cares I look into. Nathan say that care for residents is the biggest thing in his heart, because he comes from actually caring for the residents as a care manger before hand and being in different roles. His story is what sold me. So looking forward to that great price for the first ten residents Nathan!!!!. But I would even pay the full price for Bristol if need be. Wonderful team that they are going to build. Sorry for long review. But it was The effort and time you gave me to write this for your company.

My father is currently in a home that I do not care for. I have been looking into memory care for him for a few months but have been disappointed in my findings until I spoke with Bristol House. They truly understand Dementia and emphasize on creating a comfortable environment where my Dad can have quality of life even with this diagnosis.

Call about this new place about my dad moving in and they are currently opening near the end of January. Talk to the Nate the ED and Brett the Director of Wellness and they gave me helpful information. Also They mention they are doing something special for the first 10 residents with price. So hopefully I can work something out and move them in there. Thanks Bristol house for taking over hour with me the other day.
