Mom has been living at Bristol House for almost 2 years. My sister and I are extremely happy that we chose Bristol House to help care for mom. The staff is courteous, helpful, kind and always willing to offer assistance whenever required or requested. The residents of Bristol House all seem to enjoy living there amongst their new friends. The Care is excellent at Bristol House Memory Care. My mom has been here for six months. Kim and Shamira are very professional, knowledgeable and caring as the ED/Director of Nursing and Patient Care Coordinator. The staff works as a team which is very important. The building is set up very well for memory care residents. The food and activities are great for the residents! I highly recommend Bristol House Memory Care!

My wife's aunt lived here for over 3 years and it was a great place. She had Lewy Body Dementia and that is not an easy disease to manage. A lot of memory places won't even take Lewy Body patients. The staff was wonderful and so caring for our relative. They had a lot of activities to keep the patients engaged. As her health deteriorated, they moved her to an area with more hands on care and attention. They were supportive and genuinely cared for her until the very end. I wouldn't wish this disease on my worst enemy but if your going through it, Bristol House was great!

Bristol House Memory Care is where I would move my loved one to for memory care. It has always had a special place in my heart. The amazing family that built and still owns it are such great people and are there everyday. They do the right thing for the residents, families and staff. Christine, the DON, is so involved and always works hard to make sure that the residents are supported clinically. Crystal, the ED, is always looking for good people to join their team and supports families and resident as if they were her own family. This is huge and she is fantastic. Jill, the Activities Director, is always doing things with the residents and truly loves them. She does an amazing job at keeping the residents busy and supported daily. Lastly, Bristol House is meticulously clean and never has an odor. The outside and inside are beautifully kept. So much love goes into the community and you feel it as soon as you walk in the door.

My aunt had Lewy Body Dementia. Even though this type of dementia is one of the most difficult, Bristol House memory care took such good care of my aunt. They all treated her with dignity during a very difficult time. The caregivers here are some of the kindest people. I’m very grateful that we found Bristol House! Many memory care facilities do not even take care of patients with Lewy body dementia because it is such a difficult type of dementia. Bristol House truly understands dementia in all of its forms. She spent three years of her life here and transitioned here. The love and respect was given to her Was above and beyond. I cannot say enough good things!

Mom's been at Bristol House for 6 weeks now and we couldn't be happier. My five siblings and I have witnessed caring and compassionate service from the staff during our visits at all times of day. The facility is light and bright but not too big. BH does elder care for those with memory loss the right way! And the food is exceptional! If I could give 10 stars, I would. Bristol House was amazing. The initial consultation with Nathan made me feel very comfortable about my decision. He was able to accommodate my situation under an emergency. Once my dad was moved, we had nothing but positive experiences. Every employee from the managers, to the nurses, to the chef, and to the rest of the staff were super friendly and helpful. It became my second home. They were attentive and understanding. I can't say enough about Esther, she is a true blessing to my family and I. From my dad's first day to his last, Bristol House exceeded my expectations and stereotypes of "nursing facilities". My dad was a tough man, but he quickly tugged on everyone's heart strings. It was because of the Bristol House my dad was able to enjoy his final months, just after losing his wife of 52 years. Thank you again for everything you do and the lives you touched. You will forever be in my heart and my prayers.

My wife and I were new to the area and needed to transfer her mother to a closer memory care facility. A Place for Mom shared 3 locations which we visited. Any of the locations would have been acceptable, but the Bristol House stood out. Its new, small, bright, clean and inviting. All of the staff works closely with you to give your loved one a great experience. We would highly recommend Bristol House and strongly give it 5 stars.

Bristol House is by far the best memory care facility you could put your loved one in. The staff are beyond attentive to the residents. They are constantly interacting with the residents and their families. The building is immaculate and bright and decorated making you feel very welcome. Our family has a peace knowing our loved one is in their care. We had to move our loved on from another facility due to neglect. Working with Nathan and Esther made the transition so smooth. We are so blessed that our loved one is now safe and well cared for.

My mom lived at Bristol House Memory Care for 15 months until she passed of a sudden medical condition. She was a real individual and special person, and I know Bristol House caringly supported her this way. My mom loved to spend time in her room and only somewhat participated in the group activities. Bristol House's appreciation of my mon's preferences helped her to have a positive and valuable stay there. In so many ways, the caring leadership led by Nathan Benoit, the executive director, and the nursing supervisors, created a special environment for my mom to spend her last days. I am so grateful for them for this.

My parents have both been residents at Bristol House for about a week and a half. So far, so good! The owner and the executive director are extremely attentive and caring to my parents needs. They make the effort to talk to the residents and find out what would make them happy. The staff are very concerned about the residents needs. I’ve popped in almost every day since the move and my parent are never alone. They are always surrounded by staff. My father is very high needs and demands a lot of attention. The other day, he literally had four people at once helping him in the bathroom. He has not complained at all about the care he is receiving, and that speaks volumes! The place is beautiful and there are lots of spots for families to come visit and hang out with their loved ones. Everyone has been very communicative when there have been any sort of difficulty. I’m impressed so far! Update: My parents have been living at Bristol House for over a year now. I have nothing but good things to say about the facility. My parents receive good care and get the attention they need. It's been extremely difficult during COVID because due to state guidelines, we have not been allowed inside for visits. Despite this, we have been able to have window visits and "garden" visits. When I look through the window, the residents are always gathered together in the main room and doing activities with the staff. The staff understand dementia and are very good at calming my mother down when she gets upset. The owner and executive director have gone above and beyond to help my family on many occasions and we are grateful for Bristol House!

Our clinical partnership with Bristol House Memory Care is is excellent. Their core staff is an experienced and caring group who go above and beyond for their residents and healthcare partners. The Executive Director always takes the time to meet with me formally or informally and his past experience as a caregiver is evident in his approach to everyone he encounters. This approach to care trickles down to the entire staff who is always willing to listen and help in anyway possible. The nurse and caregivers are wonderful and they go the extra mile to discuss a new residents therapy needs. They are always willing to learn new techniques to better manage the individual needs of their residents. Hope this review is helpful for those want to learn more about Bristol House Memory Care.

My mom has been a resident here for nearly two months and we are very happy with her care. The staff is attentive and really looks out for her. It is a state-of-the-art facility with local owners always on site - and you don’t get that in most other places. I had worried the place was too new but my mom gets plenty of extra attention as the community grows. I did a lot of research to find the right place and am glad we found our way to Bristol House!
