If you like the manager not following hud guidelines or rules then move here. She follows no rules in the lease agreement and thinks she is above everyone she acts nice but it's just that an act. If you need repairs oh you better wait for a hud inspection to be done unless it's a broken pipe and you bug them constantly about it. They used to be a good place to live now they are a joke i live here currently and if the manager tries to kick me out for this review this review is protected by tenant rights act and would be considered retaliation. They also do not accommodate for pregnant people they have limited handicap apartments but do not enforce handicap spots so good luck being able to use your spot.
